Smart & Final

Yesterday July 1st 2009, I went to smart&final to buy some groceries, and I took my three kids to the store with me, my two little girls were jumping around and they had an accident, the shopping cart smacked my daughters to the floor and only one of the employees asked if they were Ok, but not a supervisor that at that moment was around, or any other employee. I think this specific store need a more courteous and more professional team, that cares about their customers. I would not recommend this store to any body that I care about, because If for some reason they suffer an accident in the store no body is gonna come and help them out or even offer them a chair to seat down while they calm down. Even the cashiers don't greet you as a good consumer of their store "Plaza Boulevard Smart&Final".

The store is generally clean and well stocked. There is a good variety of items and reasonable prices. If you have the Sunday paper and use the coupons it's a great buy.
