I was thoroughly impressed with the next day service I received! They were super friendly and the owner went over my carpet 3 times, as it is very old and stained. It looks the best it has ever looked after being cleaned! I would recommend this company to everyone!

This is in reguards to Lelani Souza's review.
It is unfortunate that Lelani Souza felt it inappropriate to expect payment for a job requested and cleaned same day. Before doing the job I discussed with Lelani that we would need to have payment once the job was complete. She indicated that she was not available to meet us at the job site and I indicated to her that we were going out of town the next day and would need payment before we left.

To accomdate her need and schedule we arranged to clean the carpet within 2 hours of speaking with her on the phone and it was agreed that she would pay by credit card half the total invoice amount and the second half the next day when she was able to inspect the job.

After telling her that we require payment for jobs once the work is done, she SWORE to us that she would pay us half up front and the rest the next day. She never did pay us half, she has refused to pay any amount. She was satisfied with the work done, we did everything in our power to accomodate her needs and she is now in possession of a house with clean carpets and has not paid us for the work.

The owner Karen actually got angry on the phone with me, saying they were in Reno now and they needed the money, so I need to give her my credit card number over the phone. I kept telling her that if she could just e-mail or fax me the bill, I would pay it...but her response was to tell me that she couldn't e-mail or fax because they were on vacation in Reno and that I didn't need to see a bill in order to pay it. Wrong.

I spoke with Karen (the owner of Sunshine Carpet Cleaners) and hired them to do a carpet cleaning on a vacant house. Since I wasn't going to be there, she offered to e-mail me the invoice as soon as the job was done (then call me to let me know she sent it) so I could sign it right away and email it back with my signature and credit card authorization.

Well, she never did call me or e-mail me as agreed. I called her the next day and asked for the invoice and she told me she put it in the mail, but could I give her my credit card info NOW over the phone? She said they're in Reno on vacation and need the money. I explained to her that I need an invoice before I pay. She insisted that I give her my credit card info, saying that they scheduled their Reno trip based on them getting paid for this ($300) job.

After hearing that line of BS and more, I'd had enough and told her again that I would not pay without an invoice and that this conversation was over. It's puzzling how a business owner can get so nasty with a customer over the phone about paying for a job (done the day before) without even providing them with an invoice first.
