Had stayed here for a day...clean rooms, quiet environment (even though it is on main road)...staff not very friendly...would live a better breakfast and flexible timings

we stayed here over night to catch our flight the next day. Room was clean service is nice and the price was in our range. Great location for the first flight out.

If all you want is a good deal, than the Best Western in South City will do it for you. But, if you're looking for quality service and amenities, it's not your best bet.

My wife and I arrived last night from Hawaii, United cancelled our flight connection in SF to San Diego so we ended up spending the evening there...it was WONDERFUL, even for the few short hours we got some sleep before heading back to the airport this morning. If you get bumped in San Francisco, pick this one from your choices or for a longer stretch of time in the Bay area. VERY comfortable, clean, PROFESSIONAL.

This hotel is great! The location is just prefect for any traveler. Right by highway 101. It gives any visitor the easy to visit beautiful San Francisco.Great hotel, great service.

We stayed here when visiting SF and the BW Grosvendor was really nice. The room was recently renovated and didn't smell at all the way some hotels do. The price was midrange, not outrageous like some SF properties but not economy like some cheap motels. It was quality worth paying for. They had HBO and blazing fast wireless internet available. The had a really good full breakfast that filled us for our big day at the city by the bay. They had an outdoor pool but it was closed when we went there.
