I went here for a business meeting in southern Long Beach and this place had a good price. The actual hotel was great, good commodities, and service was excellent. The only thing I did not like was the area. Lot of rift raft and not too much things nearby to do (shopping, movies, restaurants, etc).

My parents stay here almost every time they are in town to visit and they have always been pleased with the accommodations here. The lobby is clean, well-lit and inviting. The rooms are clean and fine for the price. While the hotel is not in walking distance of much, it is right on the Blue line, which will get you to downtown in minutes. A good option for someone on a budget.

What can I say the rooms are reflective of any other Best Western in the US. Exactly as you would expect...Average. But what sets this exact hotel apart from some of the others is its great service. Last time I stayed there the manager gladly honored the weekly rate to the weekend because it wasn't make clear at the time of booking! I'll use this hotel again and again.

PROS: Great service.
CONS: Average room.
