Here's a quick summary of my last visit-
Purchased 4 tires online at TireRack. Called and got an 'out the door' installation quote from Skip's Manager A. Show up the next day with tires, get a dramatically different quote from Manager B. I Complain. B tells me there is no way they can instll the tires for the price A quoted. Tell B I am taking my tires and leaving. Manager B tells me he "doesn't take kindly to threats"? Not sure what is threatening about the sitution. Manager B calls Manager A. B changes quote to match A's price....

Get tires installed

Inspect car post-install.

Gouges on two (expensive) wheels from the install (did they even lube the wheels when they put them on their machine)

Argue with B some... Come to realization that this is not going to be resolved and not worth my sanity.

Post story on internet.

Long story short - this place is run by a bunch of knuckle dragging lowest common denomanators.
Understand that these people have no interest in a) helping you b) ensuring you get a fair deal c) pride in their work.

Bummer.
You deserve better.

Very fast and friendly service. Had four tires replaced and surprisingly the cost was very affordable and my car was not there all day. A definite recommend.
