Losing Your Hair ?

I have been looking so many years for someone (Dr) who could affectively treat my hair loss.
They also explained to me (in English) exactly what the medical problem was (and I am also glad the "hair loss process" is reversable).
It made so much sense ... I got my prescription filled ... and I am amazed at the positive results !

Scammers. Turn around and run!!

The girl in the front is terribly rude. These guys just want your money. I went in for a "free consultation" that they advertised on their website only to get a bill later and they even charged my insurance!! I was never told about any office visit fees, they just charged me! I've been fighting this and these guys just come back with lies on top of more lies. And to top it off, they've been taking jabs at me personally. Not cool and so unprofessional!! Save yourself the time and hassle and find a better dermatologist elsewhere. The free consultation is not worth the trouble.
Pros: i don't think there are any.
Cons: they only care about your money and you have to pay for parking.

Caring staff put me at ease

First visit to dermo. I was really nervous, but Dr. Kay and his staff made me feel very comfortable. I was really excited about the laser treatment I received on my face. After 1 treatment, my skin already looks so much better. I can't wait to go back for another fraxel laser treatment.

Great office and staff, excellent doctor!

I have had problems with my skin for many years. Dr. Kay is the first dermatologist who knew right away what my skin issue was and how to effectively treat it. He took the time to thoroughly explain exactly what was wrong with my skin and several options on how to treat my condition. After just one visit to his office, I noticed a positive change in my skin's appearance. I have more confidence and am no longer self-conscious. My skin has never looked better. His office is modern, beautiful, and very clean. I really like all the members of his staff, they made me feel comfortable and have always been kind and caring. His office was able to accommodate my hectic schedule, as I work full-time and attend school at night. I was also able to get an appointment quickly which was really impressive. Now that my skin condition has been addressed and cured, I am looking into cosmetic procedures to enhance the appearance of my skin. His office has the newest techniques and products available. Dr. Kay and his incredible knowledge have made such a positive impact in my life. I am forever thankful to him and his staff. Thank you, Dr. Kay, you have made a patient for life!!
