I've been very happy each time I've had them work on my Silverado. They are good about calling back when the work is finished. They're also good about the estimated time a repair will take. Customer service appears to be important to them.

My wife and I purchased our GMC Sierra Truck from Boulevard and we honestly had the best experience. The sales staff was friendly and they made us feel comfortable. They treated us like we were part of their family. There was no pressure to purchase the truck! I think that is something every potential customer looks for. We are also using their Service Department for all of our service needs! We have recommended Boulevard to all of our friends and they to agree with us that Boulevard is #1.
