One night we went to Chili's and sat at the bar while we waited for our table. We saw a table and went for it. A large party had been waiting. The waiters intended to sit them at the table we had just taken. They were so polite when they asked us to move, and they immediately gave us a lovely booth (no wait). The staff handled a touchy situation with grace. And the food was good too.

The waiting time is not very long. The most we had to wait
to be seated was 30 minutes on a Friday. The waiters are very friendly. My family and I have always enjoyed their food.
