Lael's Restaurant

An above average breakfast buffet I discovered while staying at the Grand Hyatt Manchester for a friend's b-day.

Elegantly decorated, well appointed, well stocked and well executed. The buffet area (nook) can get crowded with little room to navigate with your full plate. Beware of little children scurrying around, you might trip over them. Full service omelette bar is available.

We had fantastic service and our orange juice glass was always kept full ;)
