The owner is a sexist temperamental rude arrogant donkey. He degrades women by talking to them as if they don't know anything about cars. Be careful what he bills you, because my friends credit card information somehow leaked to the internet right after this transaction. These people are untrustworthy.

High Priced Services!!! I've gotten my oil and my brake pads changed here, and both times, they've done a horrible job!! They only changed one of my brake pads and my oil was still dirty.
The owner (Harry) does a terrible job with communicating with customers! I say AVOID!

Called in for an appointment and had to wait one hour to find out that I need 5 million things for my car. I only needed an oil change and I couldn't even get that! I checked my oil and it was still dirty brown. I may be a girl but I know the least bit about cars.

Stop telling everyone that they need

1. New Tires

2. New Timing Belt

3. New Something

4. Tire Rotation

The owner will try to make at least $200 worth of problems before he lets you go.

I'd rather pay more to go to a honest body shop.

I went in for a tire rotation and ended up paying over $300 for a new timing belt, when I didn't even need it. Same thing happened to my friends mom. She was told she needed a new timing belt and new tires. This guy Harry will lie to you until he gets at least $300 of your money. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this business to anyone. This place should be shut down ASAP!

Harry the owner will make fake accounts on any site to pretend to have good ratings. He will tell you that your timing belt is old and can kill you, making you buy a new one. If you only go there for his oil changes, he will verbally abuse you if your a girl and if your a guy he will be impatient and pushy towards you with a fake smile.

STOP CREATING FAKE ACCOUNTS.

Harry is TERRIBLE. Not only does he frequently create fake accounts online to post FAKE positive reviews but he is also a FRAUD. How can you make so many fake accounts with names like jen.bet then jen.bets!! We the customers know what your doing. STOP THE FRAUD!

These people are experts in ripping off people. I came here for a inspection for my brakes. I was told it was free then when I came back I got a bill of $65! If that wasn't bad enough I was verbally abused by the owner to accept his advice on new brakes and new brake pads. SERIOUSLY? You lie to me then add soo much unneeded crap. People BE CAREFUL!! TOTAL FRAUD!

SCAM-----FRAUDS--------------RIP OFF ARTISTS--------------FRAUD---------------------------- Just check their Yelp reviews, Insiderpages reviews. The owner Harry is nothing but a FRAUD. This place is a total rip-off. I took my car there because the gas line was leaking. I left it and was told to call back in 4-5 hours. When I did, they said that the car was ready to be picked up. So, I had a co-worker drive me there. When I arrived, my car was still up in the air, and my tires had been removed. What the heck? They thought maybe they could sell me new brakes, too. No thanks! I had to wait another HOUR while they put my tires back on. I was very late getting back to work. Whats worse, they did not repair my gas line properly -- it was still leaking afterwards! The owner sugguested MORE SERVICE! and it would "only cost" $300 more. My bill was already $275 without tax included, and the job promised wasn't even done, now he wants me to come back a SECOND TIME? What a bunch of opportunists. Stay away from these people. I only go for oil change since it is close, the pushy owner Harry says how come you don't get any repairs done here anymore(I had given business worth $1300 once before!!!), I told him I have friend who gets it done faster and cheaper for me. The guy at the counter is upset and says you can't just come here for oil change. Not only was he rude but he was arrogant enough to refuse service for customers who just want to come here for oil changes. Unbelievable. Everyone who comes to this business will be attacked by Harry if you don't spend at least $300! Even then, after every visit, he 100% try to attack, yes attack you to buy one of their amazing services. Don't get fooled by their fluid flush service!! That is where he gets your money! Horrible customer service provided by the owner Harry. <-----remember that name. Expensive prices. Offering expensive services when the car is not needed!! CONSULT ANOTHER AUTO SHOP because almost 100% of the time he is untrustworthy. *NOTE He often tries to get people to fix their timing belt! I was fooled, but never again am I spending $1300 when it was never needed!

BY THE WAY, all the excellent reviews were created by Harry because he keeps on bragging about how he is excellent reviews. Those 5 star reviews are FAKE and was created by him! The only positive review on here is by Holly, but that is because his wife created that account to boost their business.

My wife brought our car to this place for a promo oil change. The people there told my wife that the car will need transmisison and brake fluids changed, plus a replacement of the plastic air mixture cover (they said that alone cost $299) - and the total cost fo repair would be over $1000. These guys are just a total scam! I had the brake and transmission fluid changed a about 6 months back! And certainly you should not change these fluid very often. They tried to sweet-talk my wife offering a discount from the over $1000 "repair." My wife refused and brought the car back with her horror stories about the car. I had the car checked by my trusted mechanic and guess what? As suspected, no brake and transmission fluid replacement needed, and the plastic cover only cost me $75 plus tax. This auto shop at Arcadia Westfield Mall should be shut down for preying on unsuspecting customers. They often tell you how horrible and poor condition your car was and then tried to sell you every kind of "maintenance" and "preventive" service they can think of. People in Arcadia should be told of this scam brick and motar auto shop loud and clear. Spread the word!!!
