This place deserves less than one star. The "lady" who obviously manages or owns the place was completely disinterested when I tried to drop off some prepaid UPS packages as she wasn't making a sale and actually tried to charge me for using a few pieces of tape needed to affix the labels.

As someone who has lived in Hancock Park for over 25 years, I have never experienced such unfriendly and rude customer service. The Mail Shoppe should be avoided at all costs.
