This studio seems like a cute little place, in a minimall with parking in Studio City. However, when I went in to inquire about a piercing, the staff was sitting on a couch watching cable on television. I asked for the name of the piercer I'd spoke to on the phone (who was very nice and helpful) and a staffperson, looking like I'd interrupted him, told me he wasn't there and turned back to his remote control. When I asked if there were any other piercers I could talk to, he just said "No" and again turned back to what he was doing. I'm sure the work they do is good, but I didn't feel like I was treated very respectfully there once I was in the shop.
