I am writing this to personally let everyone know what an unforgettable experience it was for my daughter and I when we made the decision to buy BMW from Crevier BMW. We had the pleasure of meeting a salesman buy the name of Mr. Craig Silva, his energy and professionalism was very pleasant, his attitude was very enjoyable. He worked hard to get us both a good deal and was very knowledgeable in what he does. We have only driven Mercedes Benz and so we had a lot of questions. Thank you Crevier for such a great salesman, I told him that he should be a manager so he could teach others, the talent he has.

When I attended a party, hosted by Laguna College of Arts & Designs, I got to talking with Stacy Blaugrund who was representing Crevier BMW. During the course of the conversation I mentioned possibly buying a new Lexus. She gave me her card and said to contact her.
About a month or so later I did call and was referred to Mike Spencer. I went in and over the course of a few days. I purchased a used 2010 Lexus Sedan. It was the best experience I have ever had in buying a car. Mike was professional, friendly and extremely helpful. After the sale I had a problem pre-setting radio stations. I gave him a call and he took the time to walk me through the process. I never expected such great service.
The bottom line is I have told everyone about Crevier BMW. Also about Crevier philanthropic generosity to Laguna Beach.

Recently my wife, Kristina, and I took delivery of a new 2011 BMW 535i from your facility in Santa Ana. This is the fifth BMW we have owned and the second from your dealership. Needless to say we are loyal to the brand, the design, handling and performance. Craig Silva took care of our special order needs, tracked the production of the car and stayed in close contact with us every step of the way until the car arrived... even a bit earlier than expected.
When I arrived at the dealership to actually meet Craig for the first time, he understood I was pressed for time beforehand, and made sure the required paperwork was in order prior to my arrival. Craig escorted me to the car and gave me a quick demonstration of some of the new features. My comment was that it is the prettiest BMW we have ordered to date. Back inside, Craig made sure I was properly taken care of while visiting with the financial personnel. Soon I was on my way back to a busy day, leaving the new car behind for my wife to pick up and drive home. But before I departed, I mentioned to Craig that the transaction and service he provided was the best and smoothest I had ever encountered. It was not only big things that Craig did for us that impressed me, it was the little things that most people may not notice.
Two days later Kristina called me at work and told me that she found several severe scratches and fish eyes in the clear coat on the hood of the car. After work that evening I inspected the car and we came to the conclusion that Craig should see the damage. Neither of us noticed the damage at the dealership on the day we took delivery, however the damage was not as noticeable in natural sun light as it was under very unforgiving fluorescent lighting. The fact that Kristina's special ordered, brand new car was damaged created a level of overwhelming devastation for both her and I.
We visited the dealership five times, sometimes both of us, to discuss the damage and possible solutions. All the while, Craig happily received us and insured us with confidence that the problem would be resolved to our satisfaction. Meanwhile, he utilized the resources available to him and stood true to his word. Craig could have simply directed us to the Service and Body Shop Managers and gone about his business. But he didn't. He not only followed through with the sales transaction, but went well above and beyond the call of duty to make sure the overall experience with doing business at Crevier BMW was of the same standard of quality as the brand itself. Crevier has built a reputation for being one of the best automobile dealerships in southern California. It is a person like Craig Silva that encourages people like us to return to Crevier. Tremendous assets like Craig are what make your business outstanding.

Franks knowledge of the vehicle and ease of presentation made this purchase a comfortable and pleasant experience. This was the second BMW I have purchased with Frank Chivat as the salesperson. Dealing with someone who is honest that I can trust takes a lot of the apprehension of buying an expensive vehicle away and replaces it with confidence and an overall good feeling that you know you are going to be treated fairly. After contacting over half a dozen BMW service locations and speaking with each service manager, I was convinced that I had to bring my BMW X3 to Crevier. After explaining to Joe the complicated issues surrounding my car, (the transmission, the service bulletins, the loss of power while driving on the freeway, etc.), Joe reassured me that he would take personal responsibility for diagnosing and resolving my car problems.

I recently purchased a M3 from Crevier BMW and it was a wonderful experience. Initially, I wasn't sure if wanted to buy or lease because I wasn??t sure of the pros and cons for each. Sean patiently helped me explore every option explained how a lease worked multiple times on more than one visit. I never felt rushed and was perfectly comfortable when I made my decision. Sean also explained many of the features to me and helped me program personal settings in the car so it felt like I was right at home. At the end of the day it was a great experience and I highly recommend Sean to anyone looking for a new car.

This is long time coming, but then so was my vehicle, through no fault of yours or BMW of North America. I purchased a 328i sports wagon in September of 2010 for overseas delivery October 6 in Munich. I was really looking forward to the trip. However, I experienced a severe auto accident October 1 and was unable to take delivery. (My car was totaled sustained fractured ribs and severe bruising.)

The purpose of this letter is to acknowledge the efforts of my salesman, Mr. Tom Curran, and one of your managers to make things whole. Initially I was told your firm could only provide a loaner vehicle for a week. It would take eight weeks or longer for my new car to arrive. Through the efforts of Mr. Curran, your dealership provided a new 328i sedan for the interim at no charge saving me several hundred dollars and your firm the sale. I really appreciate it. Your firm put customers first.
My car arrived in early December and I love it. My experiences with Crevier BMW have been positive and I look forward to a long association.

This dealer is great. From the moment I walked in until the final sale. Stacey was friendly and very helpful. One of the things I enjoyed is fact that they didn??t try the normal, of what kind of payment you can afford. We spoke about a final price and that allowed me to get a great deal. The General Manager came over to the table I was sitting at and told me I was taking him for a run. He had a great sense of humor and was extremely friendly best part was he past my deal so in my book he is a great guy.

As you know, Erich Simmons of Willis suggested I visit your location. I was coming to the end of my 335i lease and needed a new lease I had previously dealt with Sterling BMW in Newport Beach.

You introduced me to Wayne Whitesides he was to be my advisor. Wow, what a great experience! It took nearly a week for me to finally drive off in a new BMW thats not a bad thing. We had heavy rain during the week and I had clients to take care of but most importantly, I did the buying, leasing, at my pace I never once felt like I was dealing with a sales guy it was obvious I was dealing with an advisor who knew his stuff and who wanted me to make the right decision. I identify with that approach because that is how I treat my clients.

Wayne is a gentleman, a great guy and an absolute asset to your organization I will have no hesitation in recommending my friends and colleagues to him for their BMWs.

Not to diminish Waynes competency in any way, I believe attitude and cultural integrity comes from an organizations management and although I had no exposure to any of your other advisors, I did have exposure to the lease turn in folks, the finance folks and the numbers guy in your absence and they were equally impressive my complements to you all.

My car feels new again.
I can't describe in words the way I feel right now. My mini broke down and I took it to a foreign car repair shop. That was my first mistake. Then I was given the runaround about what was wrong and how much the repairs were going to cost. Twelve days later I had it towed to Crevier mini. Within 3 hours I got a phone call back that a sensor was bad that wasn?t letting the car start. I am so happy that I ended my troubles with them. I have a trust worthy and honest, dealer I will be going to from now on. I have been going to Crevier for the past couple of months and had no problems. The entire staff in great!!! It's a pleasure to ask any question that I may have about my repairs. They do honestly care about their customers. A dying trait among the industry. I have had a lot of work done on my mini from brakes, to having my window motor power replaced. Just last week my power steering pump went out and they had me in and out on the same day. Oh and I can?t forget all of my lube and filter changes. Thank you very much to the entire team of Crevier mini.

While I came in focused on the 335d, Stephan also pointed out the X-5 diesel and asked some great questions about how I was intending to use the vehicle, type of driving, etc. I happened to find both of these ???BMW Executive Owned? vehicles and he was very thorough in walking me through both cars ?? what options they had & didn??t have (and why that may be important to me, or not) as well as the pros and cons about these vs. purchasing a new vehicle. The test drives really helped me understand both the diesel drive trains and the differences between the two vehicles. He then took me over to some new 335d that has some additional color & equipment I was considering. There wasn??t a detailed question I asked (and I asked some pretty obscure questions), that he didn??t have the correct answer for. Plus, I never felt under the gun or working to his timetable. He casually asked me about my employment, and then mentioned as a business owner that the new X5 may qualify for a $25,000 first year depreciation. I wasn??t aware of the implications, and it took everything into a totally different light. Congratulations on having such a remarkable sales person on your staff. I went to the Mini Cooper web site where I reviewed the various models and familiarized myself with the various options available. I then went to Edmunds and Kelly Blue book for pricing information and dealer recommendations. Edmunds sent out an e-mail with my specifications to various dealers in a 500 mile radius of where I live. Mike from Crevier BMW sent me a short message stating that he had some Minis in which I might be interested. That started a very interesting and productive exchange of views and options. Mike was always courteous and fantastically prompt in his replies, even when I was a little obnoxious; he kept his cool. In short he provided me with all the information I requested, even sent pictures, and offered helpful suggestions. When we finally got down to a car that was CLOSE but not exactly what I had in mind, he smoothed out the differences, truthfully acknowledged the missing features I wanted and honestly explained the additional features which I DIDN'T WANT but which my wife loved and two months later still loves (It's her car. I just bought it.) When we finally agreed on the outline of a possible deal, my wife and I went to Crevier for a test drive. Everything was as Mike had described. There were no hassles and no surprises. Basically, we couldn't think of a reason NOT to buy the car (although I don't part with $32K easily). P.S. The whole thing took about two weeks and the deal was done before I started getting messages from other dealers.

It all started with a car site called Kelly Blue book. I was checking out a few high end luxury vehicles and comparing pricing when I found the 528 that would soon become mine. It was black on Black with a hole in the roof. After looking at many vehicles I finally found one that had my blood flowing. The mileage was in the exceptionable range and the car fax looked like it was a one owner.

I made the call and had a great conversation with Shawn in sales at Crevier. She told me about the cars history as she had traded for it a week earlier. Yes it was a one owner and it was a local service customer so the prior vehicle records were in hand.

All I had to do now was get my car looked at and assess the value of it. I had an Idea of how much it would bring from the previous site. I had kept it garaged for the 6 years I had it.

Monday finaly came I went down for my 9am appointment and much to my surprise the used car manager was waiting with Shawn to look at my baby a 2004 Lexus. Jim said it would take about 30 minutes to evaluate my car and determine its value. He also suggested that I take the 528 for a spin and make sure its the vehicle I want to own.

Shawn had the car pulled up and off we went. It was more than I expected, with the power and performance I thought only race cars come with. And as for cornering it held the road like it was a slot car on a track, the further we drove the more my heart pounded. I had to own this exceptional vehicle and at the end of this drive I would know its value to for trade.

After we arrived at the dealer I needed a moment to collect my thoughts so I went over and got a coffee. Then on my arrival to Shawn's desk the appraiser was waiting for me. He asked a few questions about the brakes and gave me the number. It was more than I had anticipated. All and all to say it was a great day I got the car I wanted and my trade was worth a little more than I thought. Tonight I will be driving my new BMW home. Thanks everyone involved.

It all started with a car site called Kelly Blue book. I was checking out a few high end luxury vehicles and comparing pricing when I found the 528 that would soon become mine. It was black on Black with a hole in the roof. After looking at many vehicles I finally found one that had my blood flowing. The mileage was in the exceptionable range and the car fax looked like it was a one owner.

I made the call and had a great conversation with Shawn in sales at Crevier. She told me about the cars history as she had traded for it a week earlier. Yes it was a one owner and it was a local service customer so the prior vehicle records were in hand.

All I had to do now was get my car looked at and assess the value of it. I had an Idea of how much it would bring from the previous site. I had kept it garaged for the 6 years I had it.

Monday finaly came I went down for my 9am appointment and much to my surprise the used car manager was waiting with Shawn to look at my baby a 2004 Lexus. Jim said it would take about 30 minutes to evaluate my car and determine its value. He also suggested that I take the 528 for a spin and make sure its the vehicle I want to own.

Shawn had the car pulled up and off we went. It was more than I expected, with the power and performance I thought only race cars come with. And as for cornering it held the road like it was a slot car on a track, the further we drove the more my heart pounded. I had to own this exceptional vehicle and at the end of this drive I would know its value to for trade.

After we arrived at the dealer I needed a moment to collect my thoughts so I went over and got a coffee. Then on my arrival to Shawn's desk the appraiser was waiting for me. He asked a few questions about the brakes and gave me the number. It was more than I had anticipated. All and all to say it was a great day I got the car I wanted and my trade was worth a little more than I thought. Tonight I will be driving my new BMW home. Thanks everyone involved.

And then, since we ran out of time that night, they prepped the car and delivered it to us the next day, an 1 hour away! They were great, and good to deal with. Short of moving Crevier to Corona where I live there is nothing you can do. I live 5 or so miles from Riverside BMW and feel they are so substandard compared to Crevier that I drive 70 Miles and pay about $15 in tolls to just get to Crevier. The car came back to me polished, and like new! I was told the part will arrive in two weeks, and the mystery of the malfunction was solved!

As you know, I have owned many high-end cars over the years, from BMW, to Mercedes, to Porsche, to Audi...this 550i is one of the best driving experience?s I have ever had! I was looking to "down-size" as I approach retirement, and the 550i was a great solution! Thank you for all your help and guidance.
