Mercedes-Benz Of San Diego

My friend owns a Mercedes and I went with her to take her car in for a service maintenance and I was blown away with their staff. They treat you like royalty here. The staff is so professional and they call you by name. It was such a positive experience, I want a Mercedes now.

I took my Mercedes here to get it serviced - the check engine light was on for a few weeks. Alonso, the salesman who helped me, was pretty standard. He did the regular checks on the car, got a diagnosis, gave me a price range, and done. He was also good at updating me on the status of my car with phone calls. Pricey, as expected, but I guess they got the job done.

I would call to make an appointment ahead of time. There's a waiting lobby with TV, coffee/water, and food, but I didn't have to wait long before he called me out.
