Dr. Mark is trustworthy, kind and professional. He explains the procdedure to you in detal and makes sure you know whats done and why its done. He won't make you get any work done unless you need it. I had this experiece before, and I know

Wow! I read the other review-sorry for your experience. I guess you were seen by one of the other doctors here. I have been a patient of Dr Marks for 8 years. I won't go to another doctor no matter what! He wont do any expensive cosmetic on healthy teeth! His bedside manners are exceptional. I had gotten flowers from people I referred to him-that's how happy people are with this doctor. I recommend him to anyone who needs a dentist.

Pros: Very honest, great doctor!

My husband and I are new to the neighborhood and recently went to New Century for a cleaning & checkup. The woman using the suction tube to catch saliva and water was horrible. I felt like I was drowning. I had to stop them several times to tell them I needed more suction. My husband experienced the same thing. He came home so unhappy he refused to go back to them. I needed to get a few fillings so I went back and gave them a second chance. Again, drowning, water spilling down my face, they didn't even offfer a tissue for me to catch it. The dentist kept seeming annoyed that I was having trouble keeping my mouth open wide (I have bad TMJ so this is hard to do for an extended period of time). The bed was layed so far back my neck muscles got sore. When the torture was over I was told I may need to come back to have the bite adjusted. I of course didn't return and instead went back to my old dentist. The bite was off so much that the tooth was bruising the tooth below it causing horrible pain. After taking 30 minutes or so to slowly reshape the tooth and smooth the surface he also found some of the material they had used for the filling had fallen on another tooth and they had just left it there. This left my tooth feeling rough and jagged. The dentists & hygenists here do very lazy work and have no bedside manor whatsoever.

Pros: Prices were low

Cons: Sloppy work
