they tried to sell me a lifted Ford F-150 that was really nice. there were a few scratches here and there but it was nice. i told my buddy about it and he told me this horror story:
he had a friend who bought a lifted truck from them a few years back for what he thought was a good deal. it was night time when he took it home so seeing problems was hard. the next day he went under the truck to inspect it for his own sake. while under the car he notice that the paint on the body was red. he thought nothing of it and figured it was just repainted. cool. fresh paint job. a few weeks later he ends up getting into an accident. while on the phone with his insurance company they said that they could not do anything with his truck because it turned out to be a SALVAGED title. it was confusing to him because the CARFAX he received showed it as a clean title. so, he went to carfax.com to see for himself and sure enough in big bold letters he saw SALVAGE. pissed. he was then stuck with payments on a salvaged truck that he had to spend money on to fix himself.

now, back to me. going off of the carfax ordeal, i found it odd that while working on the papers the financial manager, Nader, had to go to a separate room on to a different computer to get the carfax report. theres something going on here. thank god i never took the truck home with me. after, they tried to call me. i answered the first time because i didnt know it was them. i immediately put them in my phone as DO NOT ANSWER!!! and i never heard from them again; after the 15th call back.

do yourself a favor. save up and pick up a car from a place that is
A) quality
B) has a clean title
C) from a dealer listed in the BBB
and D) worth it.

i hope you find this helpful.

happy hunting.

Thank god I didn't buy a truck from these scumbags. Tell them you're taking the vehicle to a dealership for a pre-purchase inspection. Watch what happens. It would be comical if it wasn't so pathetic. Stay well away from this place.

Bought a truck from them in December of 09 they drove it to my house and once I drove it the thing would shift erattically on the highway, they were good enouph to take it back and give me another truck but when I whent to fill it up in a couple days the gas pump would not go at a normal pace it would literaly take 15 min to fill it up. Multiple other problems that have shown up!! They will not help me.
what a joke they need to change their name to BAD Guys

Thankfully I never actually bought a vehicle from them. My only experience was in the search for a truck. I stopped over there one day and looked at a couple trucks. The first one we couldnt open the front 2 doors to get in the car. I thought strange but whatever so I planned on test driving another car and the damn thing wouldnt even start. I couldnt believe these guys would even put vehicles on their lot that wouldnt even function on a basic level. These trucks were only a couple years old. ( I bellieve an 03 and an 04) Thankfully after that I thought this place was a joke and left and never came back. Looks like my experience wasnt just a coincidence because everyone seems to have had trouble with their vehicles right after they bought them.

Look at all the positive feedback dates-- all around the same time. Looks like they sat around during a slow week in October and just started writing some BS! Come on guys, spread out the reviews over a couple of months to make it a little more believable!

I left on a Saturday afternoon with the nicest suv on the lot. They treated my husband, my child, and myself so wonderfully.Jeff was my salesman, he's awesome, so sweet. He made us super comfortable.Nader, who is the finance guy, explained everything, kept us informed and treated us so well.I had read some discouraging reviews but im so glad that I didnt let them sway me.Purchasing a used vehicle from anywhere is like rollin the dice.Who knows how the previous owner treated it, its not specific to the dealership, plus they offer a warranty and a 30 day fix anything policy. These guys are Good.I couldnt be happier, seriously!

I purchased an 03 vhevy silverado for a very reasonable price from them. I had a few minor problems with it such as it needed an alighnment and the cd player wouldn't work so i brought it right back an they took care of it at no charge to me. Also they got me set up with a loan that had a 9% interest rate as compared to my 14% that i was getting through navy federal. My payments dropped from 350 to 290 a month for the same amount of time a 60 months. I overall have had very good service with them and no complaints at all so i encourage people to come in check them out n see what they have.

I was searching for a car today and I came across the reviews for Good Guys Auto Sales and I thought that I should share my side of experience with the reader as well. I purchased my 05 CTS from Good Guys Auto Sales in March 2007. The car had some mechanical issues which were identified by an independent mechanic. When I went back to the dealership to request repair the dealership manager agreed to fix the car. What surprised me was that they offered me a loaner car which was very unusual service provided by used car dealerships in town. After a few days they took care of all those repairs and I have since driving my car without any problems.

Well they threw me against a door then punched me twice in the jaw, once in the collar bone, and kicked me.
Here's the whole story. My buddy bought a car from them a little over a month ago. I'm know a little bit about cars so I met him at the dealership and looked over the car. There were a couple dings here and there that they had agreed to fix. Both my friend and I test drove the car and it seemed to drive well. Me knowing the KBB value of the car I helped in talking them down to what seemed like one hell of a deal. He brought the car to them a week later to have the dings repaired and the day they returned the car to him it started having transmission problems and was leaking tranny fluid so he brought the car back to them to fix the transmission and leak. Note that he was still under his 30 day warranty at this time. They then told him that he needed to bring it back the next week. When he brought the car back they stated that he was now no longer under the warranty, but they will agree to have the car sent to Drew Ford and they will pay half of the bill to have the car fixed. Stating that the bill would be $100 and my friend would be responsible for $50. My friend signed a document showing that he agrees to pay $50 to have the car fixed. Two days later they called and said that his car is ready and his half is $230. This is not the amount agreed on and was never authorized by my friend to do the work for that amount. My friend is not financed through Good Guys (thank god) and only his name and the name of the bank are on the title. So yesterday we went to Drew Ford and was advised that Good Guys had authorized the work to be done and therefore they are responsible to pay the bill in full for the amount of $460. The man at Drew Ford then called Good Guys and advised them of this. Good Guys agreed to pay the bill in full on one condition; that they come pick up the car and we follow them back to their dealership. Not really having a choice in the matter we said that we would do that if my friend (the car owner) rides with the Good Guys employee in his own car back. The employee stated that he felt nervous about my friend riding with him.. That he might try and hurt him... So we hop in my car and follow his car back. When they pulled his car into to lot I parked my car directly behind his so they could not move his car anywhere. When we get inside the man who drove his car (like an idiot) left the keys on his desk so my buddy swiped them... It's his car!! We then go into the managers office and after arguing with the General Manager over the amount owed he said "fine, give me the $50!" We gave him $50 and requested documentation that my friend no longer owes Good Guys any money. They General Manager made a document stating this, but then refused to give my friend a copy of it for his records. When my friend snached the paper stating that he no longer owes them any money the General Manager stood up and began to yell and him, telling him to give back the paper. Then another man (who I think may be the owner) ran into to office and began to yell at my friend. Screaming that he was Jesus of Nazareth and that he was going to F-ing end his life (City Search won't let me write the other word) him. He then turned to me and began to yell at me and telling me to get the F out! Then grabbed me by the arm and threw me against the door. Once I got outside there were four other employees that ran up behind me and kicked me. As I turned around one man punched me twice on each side of my jaw and once in my collar bone. I did not fight back as I am a civil adult... When I got to my car they started kicking both cars as I drove away... Of coarse when the cops arrived they denied the whole thing and the man who punched and kicked me conveniently was gone.. These people are the lowest of the low.

I have had two experiences with these guys. the first time my odometer didn't work so i went back to see if they could make it right; they in turn sold me a truck for almost twice the value of the vehicle. I didn't realize until the bank blue booked the truck and informed me that the truck didn't hold enough value to finance for the amount I purchased it for. They swore up and down that it was worth way more showing me a blue book that they pulled up online listing all the options. More than half of the 20 some options were not on the truck never came stock or had any aftermarket mods that even resembled the options on it. They even tried to argue with me and tried telling me that the stock 16" rims were aftermarket and qualified it to have the "20"+ Wheels option". I wish i had read this before I went. I would have never done business with these guys. ZERO integrity, money hungry crooks that will say anything even if it is a bold face lie to get your money.

Do not buy any vehicles from these people. They are very dishonest people. They will tell you anything you want to hear to sell a car. They do not do inspections on vehicles they sell, bought truck from them in April, took to FORD, back brakes had 0% left on them and fronts were worn almost as bad. Another car i bought from them had frame damage and was of course never disclosed. They do not even have competitive financing. Do yourself a favor and buy from anyone else but these crooks.

After purchasing a lifted suburban from Good Guys Auto about 2 years ago, i wasnt half way home and i broke down, they came and towed my new/used truck and kept it for a week while they fixed it. After three times of this happening they traded it in for a different suburban for me. So i have had the lifted suburban for almost two years and this is what I have been through.. new transmission, busted brakeline because the line was welded in between the lift bracket (a lil dangerous) water pump, fuel pump. axles and tie rod ends TWICE. now they are telling me that the lift wasnt done well.. no new spindles when lifted so that I will continue to make these types of repairs. I have also changed ball joints, brakes, shocks.. and lets not forget months after i purchased it.. my serpintine belt busted while on the highway..... i could go on and on and on.. I have had several mechanics work on this truck all telling me lift was poorely done and not safe. . so guess where it is right now.. THE MECHANIC... check engine light is on and i cant get it smogged. second time i have to register vehicle cannot even get it smogged.... I dont understand how people get away with this.. but at this point gonna consult a lawyer... I have four kids and a job and school to attend paying a healthy car payment while taking the bus... DOESNT MAKE SENSE
