They clearly do not care about their customers. How are they still in business?

I contacted Ultra Truck regarding a liner job I needed for a jeep I was refurbishing. Both my paint guy and I were working with Jesse of Ultra Truck to coordinate this. First, they told me they would have my Jeep "In & Out in one day." So knowing this, my paint guy coordinated with them and had my vehicle taken over there in the middle of the paint process for liner treatment. What originally was one day then too SIX. Yes, SIX days, AND they didn't do the job completely or correctly. I have to say the bumpers were done, and perfect. Mostly I believe because they were done while OFF of the vehicle. On the other hand, they missed other parts, and sprayed some parts they were not supposed to. I was given excuses from "We can't spray in the rain" to "I overbooked my guy". Neither of which is actually true.

Considering businesses are supposed to be for making money, Ultra Truck Works doesn't seem to get it. They will tell you what you want to hear, then do the work however they feel and in the time frame that suits them. Do not waste your time here. They will NOT take care of you or your vehicle. Time will tell if I have the same peeling issues as the previous reviewer, but if I do I will update.

.

I had two vehicles done by ultra truck works and one job we thought was ok but is now peeling I was told that the depth of the material would be 1/8 inch and its now peeling on the fender wells and its about a 1/16th of and inch. SECOND complaint I took my black s10 extreme in and they shot liner material on the paint behind the cab and on one of the rear wheels. They have done everything possible to avoid responsibility even said it was probably tree sap. I am in the process of filing a complaint with the bureau of automotive repairs and then I am going to sue them . They did 1,600.00 of damage to my car and the wont fix it or stand behind their work . I have been telling people about this and have cost them allot of business so to show these businesses we will not except there lousy service and them damaging our vehicles pass this info along to your friends.
