I had a very bad experience with installing comcast.I had asked comcast to install for 2 TV's in my home.I waited for 3.5 hrs for the tech guy and no one showed up.My time was scheduled 0300 to 0500PM.The guy showed up at 06 30 PM and came with only one box to do it on first TV and was too argumentive.Never did a good job installing the wires.I requested him to place wires nicely and he said it would be always like this.Then he argued if i want comcat or not .
Next day i was scheduled for an appt for 2nd TV no one showed up during that time,waited for 01:00 tpo 0500Pm on saturday evening.I called comcast and a guy did showed up at 0600PM and said he doesnt have 2 nd box for the TV and he has come to repair some thing.
Sunday :3rd guy came in installed for the 2 tv and when i told to put the wires nicely for my 1 TV he denied and went away saying this is not my job.After whole event i was very frustated ,getting my tv installed with 3 days and wires not properly installed.
I was told by customer service that they apologise and will waive my fees for 1 month and told me whenever i will get my 1 bill ,i need to call them and ask them for a waiver.It was very pacifying for me.
So my first bill came and i called for the waiver ,so they totally refused to do and said they don't have notes to do that.I spoke with them for 45 minutes but they waived me only $20.I am really p-----ed off with comcast
while installing they have told me that box for 1st Tv would be free but it seems i have to pay$4/month and $7/month for 2 tv.
Over all experience was vey very bad.please be careful
