Kay 'N Dave's Cantina

This is still our favorite Kay 'N Dave's Cantina, even thoug the new one in Culver city is closer. The Super authentic Mexican dishes are basically the same at both, but the service is spot on at the Pico location. The flavors are so rich and satisfying.

High marks for the back patio--nice ambiance. The service is always so quick yet the quality of the food is consistent and reliable. It's a place both kids AND parents can enjoy, and it's not a chain! Waitstaff is so nice too. We like it because the menu is a twist on traditional Mexican. Fajitas, mango chutney sole, salmon/spinach enchiladas are excellent, and their vegetarian items are tasty as well. There's one in Santa Monica, and coming soon to Culver City! Yay!

I've been to all of the Kay 'n Dave's locations and this one is my favorite. The food is always amazingly delicious and fresh. Everything that is supposed to be hot is hot and everything cold is cold. The guac is so good you could eat it all by itself and be happy.
