Greenforce Clean Team Co.

I have searched for cleaning services because I broke one of my toes and I can not do it myself. I found green force through online search and I read the reviews which were 5 stars average, which I now think that, were written probably by green force members to buff up their ratings. But I can not prove it other than telling you my 2 stars rating story review.
I thought that if I will pay someone else to clean (green force), they will clean as expected, since this is what they do day in and day out, but I was wrong.
They quoted me for $175 for 2 ? hours of cleaning which sounded not too expensive but not that cheap as well.
I was at the house while they cleaned since I can not leave the house (broken toe). Other than the fact that they were slow they DID NOT dust number of places which can be easily noticeable. They dusted the blinds which located above our bed, and the bed covers which my wife has washed two days before were full of dust (disgusting). They did not even try to clean the dust off the bed let alone the fact that they did not even made the bed. Also they did not made the bed in the other room (guest room) after they asked me if I want them to do so, which I have said yes, wile thinking to myself why do I need to tell them yes for something that is so basic in every house hold cleaning procedure like vacuum the carpet or dusting.
Also they did not really impress me with their organizing skills. The bathroom area was cleaned, yes, but it was looking the same as before, only clean as far as surfaces. Nothing was put back in place. You would assume that they will organize the bathroom area a bit or is it too much to ask. The same was with the kitchen.
I was in one of the rooms when they called me out saying that they have finished. I did not check on their work before I have paid them since I was tired from the pain med and I did not think there is a reason why I should not trust that they did a good job. But I was wrong. .
I wanted to mention that I am not the kind of guy that likes to complain, and my tolerance for bad service is high. But when I feel that I have to say something, I will. Especially after having no help with their ?poor customer service? person whom I think should not answer phone calls. She does not know how to deal with complaints other than saying? I am sorry?. Well, this is just great? I have paid decent amount of money, got poor service and she is just sorry.
Hey, all of you consumers out there. You know what, you might have different experience with them, but I was not impressed at all by their cleaning methods or customer service which was poor as well. They will not see my money again. You know those times when you go out for expensive dinner and you pay a lot for it, and as you leave the restaurant you are heading to the nearest taco restaurant because you are still hungry. Well, this is the same except this time I have paid a lot for cleaning and at the end I had to finish up the cleaning that they had not done. Disappointing .......

I've used the service twice now. Although, I have a small studio apartment, my schedule can be a bit hectic depending on the week and having one less chore/errand to do when I'm home leaves more time for fun stuff and makes me a happy person. I really appreciate the way Greenforce does business.

Greenforce is the real deal and I'm glad I found them.

I'm writing this review because, frankly, they are the bomb. They clean our apartment unlike any maid service I have ever hired, leave the space spotless, and, unlike the majority of maids services I have used, are mindful of your personal belongings. You really don't have to look for anything after they've come through.

Pros: Best housecleaning I've ever gotten

Cons: Ladies didn't speak much english

The cleaning team of two women arrived exactly on-time and did consistently excellent work
for three hours--no breaks, no wasted time. Cleaning results were among the best I have
seen. I will definitely call Greenway again and specifically request the same team. Highest

Greenforce came to clean my office. They did a great job, were
very professional and prompt. The ladies who came to clean also were
very respectful of my space and stayed out of the way of me doing
business. I appreciate the fact that they are fully insured so I have
no liability if anything were to happen while they were working in my
office. Also the fact that they are a green company makes me feel good
about their impact on my working environment. Their products are listed on their site also at

I have had Greenforce clean my place regularly for the past few months. They do an excellent job and I'm always satisfied whenever I come back home.

I completely trust the workers and do not mind that they are there when I am at work.

The only downside is that it has made me very lazy in cleaning up after myself but that's the point to having a cleaning service, isn't it? :)

Reading all these reviews we thought why not give Greenway maid a try. When we called it was a relief to talk to an actual person. We called so many cleaning companys but always got answering machines. Greenway maid send two ladies to our home, they were great! They cleaned our bathroom and kitchen. We didn't know our home could be so clean! We were so surprised! It feels like we are in new house. We will definitely call Greenway maid again, no question about it!!

Pros: natural products

Cons: they don't use bleach

I've been using Greenway Maid for several months now. Overall, they do a very good job. I have a dog who sheds a lot and I never dust, so I would imagine my house is a pain to clean. The first team they sent out did a terrible job, but I requested another team and I've been very happy with them! Every once in a while, they miss something here or there, but I'm billed by the hour, and for the amount of time they spend, they do a fablous job. The company will send someone out for a redo, if I want, but I'm not that picky to bother. I highly recommend them!

I chose Greenway because of the use of environmentally sound products. The two women sent to clean my house did a really inadequate job. I'm not a clean freak at all. I just wanted the dusting done and the bathroom and kitchen clean. The cleaners skipped strange parts of the cleaning. For example, they cleaned 3/4 of the refrigerator doors. but didn't touch one of the lower panels or clean the vent at the bottom. They cleaned some of the kitchen cabinets but did not clean the toilet. They were also rude. I have some artwork that includes nudes. One of the women called the other woman into my bedroom to laugh at one of my paintings. This was just an overall bad experience. Guess I'll have to switch to the folks who use the nasty chemicals.

Greenway Maid sent us two wonderful woman, very pleasant and efficient. They did an excellent job in our home. We are very grateful for the extra care. I would like them to come back again.

I like the idea of natural products for our kids. Friendly staff and cleaners. They arrived on time and did a great job. I would use them again.
