I ordered and NFL recliner from this place...the sales guy Edgar was really nice and he knew his stuff (he needs to go work for a more reputable furniture store)....i was told the chair would be delivered in 2 wks...this was on 6-29-10.... on 7-30-2010 we were told there was a mix up with the payment and the chair would be in on 8-6-2010...well i had a balance on $44 pending and was told i would not be getting the chair until that was paid...when i asked for an extension, Claudia the billing clerk was very rude and told me it wasnt her fault...well if they had delivered in time as promised i would have had the money...anyhow..she said the manager "Jose" would call me...I wish I would have gone somewhere else where they are more willing to work with you...and she called all the people on my reference list asking them that "IF" and "When" i became delinquent on my account are they willing to accept calls from her...she was already assuming i would be late even before i had the furniture in my possession....I should have never ever gone here!!

I remember reading two of the reviews posted on this website but I ignored them and went to Serrano's Furniture anyway...I picked some nice black sofas for my living room since I have just moved into my apartment. I went when they had the "Anniversary Sale" (outside sale) on May 27, 2010 and we signed the contract with no delivery date on it but I was promised that I was going to get my sofas on the 1st of June, 2010. Just yesterday (6/9/2010) I received a call from them telling me to go pick a different sofa set because they ones that I had picked were sold out...I myself got a little frustated and told them that I was not going to buy anything from them and that I wanted by downpayment back...the manager said ok come to the store and we can talk about it...When I went to the store I was told that the manager was out of town and that I could leave my downpayment as credit for future purchases....Now why would I want to buy anything else form those guys again!!!!!! Buyers stay away from these people they out to get advantage of you!!!!!

Sorry to say this was a horrible experience, first we go in on 2-13-10 and here today 3-29-10 still nothing!! we have been waiting for our couches and all we get is a quick run around from the manager Juan! This guy is no professional tries to lie his way threw everything. He still has not given me a strait answer. so they have my 435$ and I have a empty living room, when we had signed the contracts they never put a delivery date on it so they just keeping it short with me!!! I do not recommend anyone go here and if you do, be careful and get an actual delivery date, when he told us 1 to 2 weeks and we believed now here with nothing!

Purchased a $500 table with cash that did not arrive on time as promised let them talk me into a different table which came in with the wrong color and didn't match chairs was told you cannot tell until you are up close. They have an all sales final, but since they didn't give me my table I wanted a refund. I was confronted by the manager and blamed for ordering the tables I did, by Juan the manager who said it was all my fault and he could only give me a store credit. Now, after being blamed for ordering a table why would I want to purchase anything else from this guy? Why would I want to contribute to his salary. This is a terrible place to do business with, several people left upset before me also wanting to cancel orders with no luck. They will take advantage of you. I complained to the Better Business Beureau, but I wish I had looked them up previous to my purchase because they have an F rating. I would give this zero stars but it would not let me. Buyer BEWARE!!!
