This review is about Urner's service. 1 month old Whirlpool Gold dishwasher, motor burned up, told they get parts from Fresno in a day. We do not hear from them. 5 days pass, we call them, they have part, will be 7 more days before we can get service. We're on vacation then, could it please be done sooner? Nope, one technician had heart attack, so I should not expect better service. Don't I care that he had heart attack? Yes, I'm sorry about his heart attack, but unreasonable as I am, I still expect more timely service from a company the size of Urner's. Having enough trained service employees is their responsibility and if they really care about customer satisfaction they need to do a better job.

Bought all my appliances from urners...happy with purchase until we had problems with our washer. Repair service guy came out report to me and my son the waasher is a lost and will be getting a call on Monday about a new washer. "Ever got a call and once I called I was told never reported as a lost and they will come out and repair..I had nothing but problems with washer and now my warranty is almost expire they don't want to replace. Never will purchase anything from them again. From now on ill be going to sears.

I love a great TV, but I don't have the first clue about what to look for when I am buying one. It's not a problem at Urners, they have a great friendly staff who are knowledgeable and helpful. They are also pretty honest about the products they sell. I often ask a sales person what they would buy themselves if they were me and that usually helps steer me in the right direction. Also, Urners is generous to local charities and that means a lot to me.

Our flat screen tv went out recently and we took it to urners to get fixed. Well they fixed it and we brought it home and about 2 weeks later it blew again. WE had already payed alot to get it fixed. They fixed it again and again it blew. We told them we wanted to money back since they didnt fixt the problem. WEll they gave us the labor costs back and credit to buy a new tv. I dont think I will take my tv there anymore!

Urner's has such a huge selection of big screens that it's nearly overwhelming. Luckily, they have some of the best staff members I've ever encountered. Not only were they incredibly friendly; they were also extremely knowledgeable.

My dish washer and microwave came from here and I really like them. The service was great and the employee new what he was talking about. When I had a service problem with the dish washer they were very prompt.
