I absolutely love this place. There is absolutely nothing like this in Sactown. the Jack Kerouac is the best drink ever.

This place is a cute coffee shop in downtown sacramento. They have comfy couches and there is an outside patio to sit. The coffee is really good as well.

This coffee house has the best lattes I have had. Maybe their is better out there, but I have yet to have it. I also buy their coffee beans to take home.

i went to the naked lounge ona cold january evening. it was packed. when you enter the first thing you notice are the comfy chairs and sofas spead around small tables. there are some barrels that are used for tables also. kind of a weird rustic, eclectic ambience. the clerk behind the long counter was nice and helpful. he suggested the mexican hot chocolate for such an evening and he was right on the money! it was a concoction of luscious chocolate, cinnamon, milk, whipping cream - topped with sprinkles (of course) and it was yummy! i've been back a few times since then and had different blends of coffee - it's a nice vibe - very low key.
PROS: ambience
CONS:

Their coffee is the best in town- as acknowledged before, coffee is not watered down- you can really taste the coffee beans, which is a great thing. Most other places tend to turn their drinks into candy- Naked Lounge doesn't oversaturate

I have to disagree with the last review. I go to Naked Lounge quite often and think the staff there is just fine. They're nice, pleasant, and prompt with their service, what more do you need? The coffee is REALLY good. If you like your

Pros: Nice seating, good service, Good location
Cons: metered parking M-F, can be very crowded, Refills:$1.25 (!)
There is a nice, comfortable feel to this place. When you order your drink, don't expect it to come up right away. They are working on it to make it perfect. What a perfect latte it is. The couches and chairs plus outside seating makes it so you don't want to grab your drink and go. You want to hang around for awhile. I did with my daugher, and we met a violinist who showed my 3 year old how to play the violin.
PROS: Perfect
CONS: Can't rush, take your time, relax

I expected more from the Naked Lounge but was treated with contempt from the staff and the coffee was only marginal. I make an effort to support independent restaurants and coffee houses but was dissapointed in this particular venture.
