I've been to safron for microdermabrasion about three times now and have totally and completely satisfied with the results. I'm don't know if it is her technique or the machine, but I have been other places and have never seen such strong results from one treatment. They run some great "happy hour" specials as well, which is great. And, it is right in my neighborhood, so I'm really lucky!!

A friend of mine had been to Los Feliz Medspa, but I didn't know. When I saw her next, I thought, her skin looks great- is she wearing make-up? A couple hours later she asked how her skin looked to me- of course I said amazing and then she informed me that she was not wearing any make-up but that she had gone to Medspa...I literally made an appt. right then. I was so pleased- it's clean, peaceful and friendly and they don't make you feel bad about any problems with your skin. Saffron did my treatment and Saffron is the lady to go to- I had so much fun with her and felt like she took years and maybe many glasses of pinot off my face. Everyone who works there has beautiful skin, which to me is a very good sign. I would recommend this place to anyone who has skin issues or anyone who just wants a refreshing treatment and pick-me-up. Oddly enough, a few days after my treatment someone asked if I was wearing make-up...no, no I wasn't...

I'm a huge fan of Los Feliz Medspa. I've had meso treatments with the doctor as well as AWT with Saffron. Number 1 - the treatments work. Seriously. And number 2 - the staff is so wonderful. They are all very friendly and very accommodating. They also take care to make sure your experience is a comfortable one, which is great compared to other in-and-out type places. I still have a few treatments left, but I'm already planning my next package -- I know I'll be a lifelong client at this medspa. Can't say enough good things about it. If you're looking for the type of treatments they offer, stop looking and go here.

This is a doctor-owned medspa. It is clean, the hours are generous and the staff are phenomenal. I have had laser hair removal treatments as well as microdermabrasion and the IPL facial treatment series and have been happy with all treatments (which is why I keep going back!). They also do botox, restylane, juvederm, etc. My Care Credit card will always have a balance thanks to these lovely people!!!

I had been looking around for a place to get microdermabrasion done. I selected this business because when I walked in, I was able to receive a free consultation , they followed up by sending me information via mail and were no pressure. Their services were able to meet my schedule (evenings and weekends) and were flexible with times. Saffron is extremely personable and explains the treatment every step of the way. This welcoming and comfortable location is a great place to get your microdermabrasions. PS - my husband says my skin looks great. And I could feel how soft my skin is several days following the microdermabrasion.

I have had the pleasure of having a microdermabrasion last Saturday and I feel an improvement on my face. Saffron is very friendly and I felt very comfortable with her right off the bat. I also had a consultation with Michele Yacso and she seem very knowledgeable about skin problems. Prices are reasonable and the service is very personal. I am definitely coming back for another microdermabrasion.

I haven't had a chance to try their services at the med spa, but one thing I can truthfully tell you is that these husband - wife team of very professional, personable and caring doctors is an excellent choice for any services they may offer. I'm a former patient of Dr. Sundaram (sp?) when I had Dr. Burton's office as my primary care physician, and although I tried different doctors, Dr. Sundaram was always the most caring, professional and knowledgeable of all. You can tell that he's truly commited to his patients' well being. Dr. Ware (his wife and other owner of the spa), was my ex's physician, and he also praised her very highly. There's no doubt in my mind that your experience at their med spa will be wonderful. I will recommend them to my closest friends and family.

I can't admit that I wasn't afraid to enter the realm of "med spas," as I've heard horror stories, but from the minute I walked in I was put instantly at ease. This place has a highly professional staff, and anyone who can make a microdermabrasion treatment actually enjoyable is ok in my book. I would recommend it to anyone, and I will definitely keep coming back.

It is so nice to have a spa of this nature on the east side. I have had several services here and would not hesitate to recommend this medical spa to anyone. The husband and wife team (both doctors) are so helpful and knowledgeable about skin care - they are always willing to take the time and energy to explain each and every procedure I have been interested in. There prices are also very reasonable....

Recently I decided to stop in to see the Los Feliz Med Spa and check out what they were offering clients. I was surprised to learn that they offer all the services I use to go to my dermatologist for in Beverly Hills. I immediately signed up for a Microdermabrasion facial thinking the one session would improve my skins appearance. I was educated by the staff that a series of Microdermabrasion is designed to really show the best results and maximize the skins appearance over a period of time. It wasn't a hard sell, but it made sense, so I signed up for the series of (I believe 5) treatments and the cost was much less thank that of a Beverly Hills Dermatologists office. I noticed results from my first treatment and was very pleased. After completing the series my skin has truly never looked better. I will also continue with a maintenance skin program for optimal results. The staff is very friendly and make good suggestions without a hard sell. I highly recommend give the Los Feliz Med Spa a try.

I won a free Microdermabrasion treatment at a street fair and they treated me great! They greeted me by name as I walked in the door and walked me through each step of the process as they did it. It's a beautiful space with complimentary water, tea and some candy treats. They didn't try to hard sell me on any products or future treatments, but suggested things that may work well for me in the future. Check it out!

The Los Feliz MedSpa has been an all around therapeutic experience brought by the posititve staff. Safran, who has been my aesthecian conducting a package of microdermabration is skilled, knowledgable and friendly. The results came on their own when family and friends started complimenting my skin. I still have two more sessions left and can't wait to see the final result.

I arrived today at Los Feliz Med Spa as one person and I left it as another one. My face looked radiant, younger and happy .I received a great dermabrasion session by Zafron . She treated me with gentle hands an gave me all the explanations I needed.Specially the ultrasound was delicious!.Thank you.
I highly recommend this treatment to anyone that needs to uplift the face and the spirit.

After dreading the start of bikini season and going on vacation where being at the beach is a requirement, I knew I had to do something to get my cellulite under control, otherwise I would be the girl who either stayed indoors all summer or the one who never took her sarong or board shorts off , no matter how hot it was outside. After researching various ways to improve cellulite, I chose Acoustic Wave Therapy (AWT) cellulite treatments based on the fact that the results are much more promising then endermologie and other methods out there. I have received AWT cellulite treatments from both Dr. Ware and Safron. They have made this experience very comfortable and graciously listened to all of my concerns and complaints about my thighs and butt. The staff are extremely informative and are genuinely concerned about my progress.

Besides my cellulite improving, I have returned to working out and feel more motivated then ever to keep it up, especially given the fact that I'm getting older and genetics are not on my side. I purchased a package of AWT treatments including microdermabrasion for the back of my legs (which I highly recommend). The treatment itself was not painful, I did not have any bruising and I can already see an improvement. When you walk in, Robyn's friendly face welcomes you and she'll help you with everything you'll need to know. I plan to try other treatments to improve the skin on my face and once the cold weather hits, I'm taking care of the spider veins on my legs. I highly recommend Los Feliz Med Spa.

From the begining my experience with Los Feliz Med spa was wonderful because as you enter Robyn is their to give you a great welcoming. My treatment consisted of 4 sessions of microdermabrasion however on the seconnd session I already saw amazing results, I can't wait on the fourth one. Thanks to Safron I will see a new and improved me.

I honestly recommended the spa for many reasons. I could give a huge list of it but here is the real deal.
PRICES are affordable! I have tried 3 other spa in the west LA area and East LA,
both came up way to expensive for the treatments I needed.
Well, after I got my first beauty treatment with, Marvelous, Dr.Ware I found all the answers I needed regarding my own beauty issues and needs.
Here I am having laser hair removal, mole removal and the best of all AWT (Acoustic Wave Therapy) is a traeatment to reduce cellulite that have really worked in my legs and buttocks. I can wait to wear mini-shorts, mini-skirts and mini-everything. I still have couple more treatments to go and I can already see results.
If I can I will be more than happy to share my before and after images!!!!
Well mainly, I have to recognized that I feel fortunate to being a patient because besides the treatments, staff have giving me specific instructions on how to improoved my body and health in general.

I resently just moved from Arizona state to LA. it seems like ever since i've moved here my skin has gotting worse. so i decided to do something about it and i went to The Los Feliz medspa, because it was so close to my area. when i got there i though it was just going to be another spa where they really didnt care what happens to you and they were just like any other spa just not friendly. But boy was i completely wrong; it was so awesome going there. Robin who operates the front dest was so helpful and she really knows all information about he spa she can ansere any question i had. and i thought that was just so professional. my first appointment was with Sara she was just wonderful she just knows a lot about skin and she is very nice as well. and my second appointment was with Saffron, and this woman is amazing she really makes you feel very good about yourself and she is so positive. i've also met the doctors who run the whole show i spoke with both of them. they are married and there very professional and friendly and they deflantly do there jobs to the point to make sure you happy at the end of the day. i would defiantly recommend this spa to anyone who's looking for great professional friendly service with affordable cost. the whole staff are wonderful. go and see it for yourself, you'll have a great time.

To Whom It May Concern:

I initially went to the Los Feliz MedSpa with a 50% off coupon that I got in the mail. Having wanted to get a professional, medical grade facial, I immediately contacted them. Robyn, the assistant at the front door, was so friendly and concerned, you felt like you had a new friend. I had a microdermabrasion, which I have had before, but not nearly as professional and all covering as this one...then, they recommended the chemical peel too, which was much needed- and although I was nervous, the technician Saffron was so great and thorough. Not only did I feel so comfortable in her care, but she was caring, meticulous and made me feel better about my skin after each visit. Also, with Saffron, you feel like you've made a friend upon contact.

Many spas are snobby and curt with you on the phone. Los Feliz MedSpa was so inviting, so relaxing and so friendly and open. You really felt comfortable going there and being there. They even filled my parking meter for me when it ran out, while I was getting treatments!

I highly recommend this spa. It is medical grade yet extremely affordable.

I have had services done by Saffron who is very thoughtful, caring, and well skilled in the field. She knows how to tailor the same services to my skin type and also goes above and beyond my expectations. She always greets me with a warm smile and contagious energy.

I cannot say enough about the staff and treatments at Los Feliz Med Spa. Robin is always professional without the stuffiness I've found across town; the facials and microdermabrasion that I've had done by both Sara and Saffron always leave me looking and feeling better. Drs. Ware and Sundaram are thoughtful, discreet and diligent in their recommendations without ever making me feel pushed or rushed about medical-grade treatments (which, let's face it, are a big step for anyone at any age). Their prices are competitive and they have evening and weekend hours making these Doctors worth the trip from the West Side. East Siders have no excuse for not taking advantage. If it's a heavy handed sales pitch that keeps you away from posh places such as this one, you won't get it here. Just an honest evaluation.

I chose MedSpa to do my first ever microderm abrasion. When I called for an appointment the receptionist was informative and gave me a time that fit right into my schedule.
Upon arrival I was warmly greeted by Robin, whom I had talked with on the phone. The waiting room was warm and inviting and I had a good feeling about the place. There was a table with goodies but since I was seen right on time I didn't try any. Next time I will arrive a little early and indulge.
Saffron, the aesthetician brought me into a relaxing room with a calming aroma. Being my first treatment, Saffron made me feel very comfortable carefully explaining each step and it's benefits. The treatment felt wonderful, very pampering. Saffron was quite knowledgeable and gave me suggestions as to how better care for my skin. I was given info on available products but with no pressure to buy.
My skin feels so much smoother and the blotchiness has evened out tremendously . I look radiant! This was a 'medical grade' treatment using crystals which produced very noticeable results. I am looking forward my next experience at MedSpa. I recommend this establishment and highly recommend their medical aesthetician Saffron. I sure feel & look beautiful. Kim

I have a lot of redness and sun damage from years of tanning. I've never had I have had many facials in the past but non that compare to this one. I had completely amazing results from my trip to see Saffron. The microdermabrasion treatment has renewed the natural pigment and youthful glow to my skin. I am so excited about how my skin looks and feels, I have decided to continue treatments at the med spa. Saffron is very knowledgable and skilled. I was impressed by the friendly and professional staff. I will definitely return in the near future. Thank you for a much improved complexion!

I am well into my 40's and I have visited many medspas in my search for eternal youth. The closest I came was The Los Feliz Medspa, specifically my esthetician, Saffron Furuta. I have never had anyone address my skin treatments with such detail, skill and true concern. Saffron was meticulous and well versed in her trade. I was very comfortable with her ability and very impressed with my results. She also had a wonderful knowledge of products and made some very practical suggestions. No hard sell. Gravity and age escape no one but, with Safforn's able hands and skills I plan on fighting it as long as possible! My overall experience there was truly memorable. The facility was emmaculate and the front office staff was very kind and accomodating.

i love this place. ive been here several times and each time i feel welcomed with warm, friendly staff who make me feel like they care about my skin as much as i do. Sarah is wonderful, so helpful and patient, Dr Michelle is so knowledgeable and compassionate. i have never felt anything but comfortable here. i highly recommend this spa. i don't ever feel pressured or rushed, just beautified. If you live in the hood, this should be your go-to spa for all your treatments, i cant tell you enough how great these ladies are.

Upon walking into the quaint, family owned neighborhood spa, you will be greeted by some very down-to-earth and friendly women, who will soon become your favorite people ever.
I discovered Los Feliz Med Spa a few months ago because it is in walking distance from my house. I wasn't sure what to expect, but was pleasantly surprised when I discovered all of the various treatments they offered, the top of the line technology (we're talking stuff Madonna has in her own home) a great environment, and the best prices you can find.
I am halfway through my treatments and have already experienced almost complete hair reduction in the lower back, and Brazilian bikini area. I can happily say, it really does work.

One of the best decision I've made.
You will not regret it.

I'm so happy I found the Los Feliz Med Spa. I have lived in the neighborhood for over ten years but i had been driving to Beverly Hills forty minutes each way to get botox and other spa services. Then one day a friend told me about this adorable spa right around the corner from my house. I was so excited that i didn't have to fight traffic and even more pleased to find out that the work would be done by doctors as i had been seeing the nurse in beverly Hills and paying more than i ended up paying to see the doctor in Los Feliz. The place is charming and the staff was very helpful. My appointment was with Dr. Ware and all though i way only having botox she took the time to explain the procedure i would be having answered all the questions i had and took my picture with a camera that shows sun damage and age spots. I felt so comfortable with her I told her that i have a condition called Rosacea which i have always been self conscious about, it causes outbreaks and redness around my nose. Being a doctor she had seen this condition in other patients and she suggested that i try the IPL photo facial treatments. The result has been remarkable the condition of my skin has improved so much and I'm so grateful to Dr. Ware for taking the time with me and recommending this treatment. My skin has never looked better people who know me tell me i look great and the other day someone told me i looked radiant. So now when they ask me what's my beauty secret, I tell them its the Los Feliz Med Spa. The one on one with the doctors sets this med spa apart from all others ,the services are state of the art , the location is great and the prices were even better. There was no hard sell only answers and now i have the type of skin i have always wanted, thank you so much.

Los Feliz Medspa is a gem in the heart of Los Feliz. The office is imaculate and tastefully decorated in warm colors. The staff is organized and friendly. The procedures are completed by doctors, and they are very good at making you feel comfortable and safe. The equipment is cutting edge, the prices are great (they have great specials) and the service is impeccable. Highly recommended. The only issue is the parking, but you can park at your own risk in the adjacent market parking lot. I love this place!

I was so excited to see a medspa come to our neighborhood. When I came in I was greeted by calming music and a friendly staff. The atmosphere was relaxing and I was even given a refreshing herbal tea. I was then given a complimentary consult by the physician herself, Dr. Ware( who I really liked). I was interested in laser hair removal but was a little apprehensive because I'd had it in the past and found it to be very uncomfortable. After discussing this with the doctor we decided to use a numbing cream which they gave me at no additional charge. In addition to the numbing cream, the doctor also used 'what she called a chiller' that blew cold air over the area being treated which made it even more comfortable. I was amazed. It was so much better then my previous experiences. They really know what they are doing. Before I was finished I decided to have more areas done. I had a great experience and am thrilled to have found this little treasure in my neighborhood.
