Not Pleased

I was quoted one price on the phone and then when they came out they wanted to charge me three times that price. They said the quote was for their regular cleaning, not their best. Why would they ever do less than their best is my question? I spent an hour moving furniture preparing for them to come, but I didn't use their service. I never appreciate getting a false quote just so they can get their foot in the door. In that case, I will have to show them the way out. That is exactly what I did.

Clean, Grout, Polish and Maintain Tile, Stone, or Marble

I have a large house and have had a terrible time in the past finding people who could adequately clean my floors (I'm picky). They came on time and made my tile grout look new. I mentioned that I wanted to get new carpet because it was in bad shape but they told me that they could also make my carpet look wonderful. They cleaned one room and I was amazed at the difference. I went ahead and had them do all the carpet in the house. My floors look 10 years younger! Very professional, hard working and knowledgeable as well as attentive to detail. This will be my floor specialist from now on.
