What a dining experience! I love restaurants with open kitchens where I can see the chefs at work and also see how clean everything is. The dishes were delightful and the souffle was yummy. The WINE was spectacular and felt like the entire evening was an art.

Although the price of the meal is fairly expensive, it is well worth going to. I have eaten dinner there with friends several times and have never been disappointed with their attention to detail such as the pureed soups and chocolate writing on the dessert plates to wish you happy birthday.

Greystone Restaurant is located in the lovely wine country. It is a cooking academy with an eloquent dining area. The chefs and servers are students, but you won't know it because they are extremely professional. The foods are delicious. You have to try their sampler appetizers and the non-alcoholic drink, Unpearable... yummy. A little pricey but you'll have a wonderful experience.
