yes every one involved was very heplful, we have challenged credit so it took a few day's too get the loan and finaicing together. we got a great deal and our credit will improve becuase fo it. we got a brand new car with 13 miles on and it's real nice and reliable, so now i can get to work and back and i can sleep at night.........thanks.

Stopped by for an oil change, saw a truck that was perfect for my sister. She emailed the dealer and we were back on the weekend to sign the papers. This was the easiet buying we have experienced in a long long time. Our grandfather owned a dealership in Petaluma so we are well aware of how they operate. Vacaville Gmc stands apart from the the usual grind. I hightly reccomend their service and sales depts.

Came here with my parents to get a small car for college. This was our third week of shopping and I almost gave up hope, but alas we found a place with a decent price, good customer service and a professional sales person. When I was at another dealer a few days ago I felt like I was transported to a 1980s bad movie - No customer service from a walking cliche. I was pleasantly surprised at Vacaville GMC and am a happy owner of a 2012 Chevy Malibu.

I want to thank Vacaville GMC for being so professional and sincere. They did a great job helping me out when I bout my Certified pre-owned 1500 Sierra over the weekend. Although I visited a few dealerships, none fo them compares to when it comes to customer satisfaction. This is my first car I have ever purchased and I feel like the other dealers sensed that and tried to take advantage of me, but you can??t B.S. a B.S.er ; - ) finally got fed up and went back to searching on google which then I found Vacaville GMC and even though they knew it as my first time, the sales guy actually started giving ME advice for what to look for and what to ask! I was really happy and when I called my parents to tell them what I just bought and for what, even my dad was surprised and said ??that??s a real deal? I am really happy, this was my first buy and not my last, but this is the beginning of a wonderful friendship!

I was seriously considering buying a car and visited Vacaville Buick to find way too many cars, they have a huge inventory of used cars, I??m not an idiot so when the salesman tried to tell me what great condition this one Ford Focus was in, I was like, ShOW ME THE CARFOX! Needless to say, what he was saying was legit and understands where I am coming from and what my expectations are. What I like most about this dealer is that they do not rush you into a test drive or signing the papers to make a deal, he spent his valuable time for me, when I was just looking for a used car. They really care about customer service here, now I am very happy with my experience here and even more happy with my brand new, but used, Focus! Definitely recommend for a good experience.

This dealership was the first to respond in the bay area to mu internet request on a Buick Regal. Paul Pappas the internet sales director was extremely helpful in sending a picture and detail on the Regal they had available that was loaded with all of the features I wanted to have. He picked out the perfect car for me! He requested that I fill out and on line credit app and send it out to him and some other supporting documentation. He called me the next dday to let me know that financing had been secures with the lender. I drove up on a staurday. The car was detailed. All the paperwork was done. My car was appriaised and the deal was done. Its the easiest/no hassle car buying experinece I have ever done!

I have family in the area that have purchased cars from Vacaville GMC and I came in for a test drive and drove home in a 1500 sierra. From the beginning to the end of the process the employees here were upfront honest and managed not to tick off my dad for once, I was dreading the moment my dad sat down to negotiate and hung out with my sisters outside. I have brought my 1999 Chevy Suburban in a few times to have work done to it and have had nothing but positive experiences here. The service advisors are always great and I usually request to have the foreman work on my car since he has always done a good job, although I would feel comfortable with any of them working on my car. I would definitely recommend them if you want your car fixed correctly the first time! That's why I keep going back!

We had an amazing experience with the service department, they always go above and beyond every time we bring our Yukon for service. The last time in the mechanics were already off but the foreman was still around and stood over an hour late to make sure we made our camping trip that weekend. The service advisors always treat my wife and kids like family

Worst Dealership I have ever experienced. I was treated like royalty when I bought my car there (no surprise). But that was it. Started having issues with my radio going out. Turned it in over 7 times in a 3 month period. Still couldn't fix it. They did however manage to put a nice gash in the side of my door.
They did pay for it, however paint job was cheap and you can see where the body work was done. On my last visit, I was called 2 weeks AFTER my car was fixed. Since I was in a rental, they said I had to pay for last 2 weeks. After showing them proof they didn't call me, they said "Sorry, but that issue is now between you and the rental car agency" So after the dealership put me in a rental, it was now my problem to get my money back from a company that had nothing to do with the issue. Talk about pawning your problems onto someone else!!! But this is not the scariest part of it all!! After contacting GM with the issue, they said there's nothing they can do since the dealership is privately owned. I was on my own with this incompetent dealership's mechanics and bad customer care practices. I will continue to elevate and spread this complaint for as long as I have to for them to acknowledge their fault in this. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AND GM!!! (Oh yeah....the radio still doesn't work!)

The service guys are great. The technician went on a test drive with me because their was a noise coming from my steering wheel. He had the problem fixed in half an hour. The receptionist Robin was very pleasant same as the rest of employees. It is a great dealership for a woman to have service done.

I bought a Canyon pick up from the Salesmen Fred last week. It was the best car shopping experience I have ever encountered. I am over 60 years old and have bought more than 10 cars in my life. The price was very straight forward and the Finance Manager Gil was very efficient. I would not hesitate to buy my next vehicle from them again.

My husband and I have been looking for the 2005 GTO 6.0. We saw a beautiful red one in there and we stop by with my father in law. After a while of being there and asking the standard questions (milage ,pre-existing conditions,etc). The man told us the price and we told him about one we saw in Daly City and it's lower price and he told that we were mistaken. Then as we leaving because we were not interested in the car he began to tell ask us what we would pay . We Did and This man began to to egg us on. He asked if we were too afraid to purchase a car from them. He continued to insult my husband and my father in law as I heard from afar. This place is a joke for a dealership. They also tried to play a friend of ours by not giving a full Car Fax and misleading him about the history of a Monte Carlo he wanted. If you do not care about the history of a car that you are willing to invest in the you should never go there.

One of my passenger doors on my Buick Century was leaking water into the car interior. After keeping the vehicle for a few days until a new seal arrived they returned it to me and said it was fixed. The next time it rained, water in the interior again. I brought it back and they worked on it again and returned it to me. A few seconds with the garden hose proved it was still not fixed. I kept bringing it back for a total of four times. On the fourth time, and after speaking with the service manager, I found out they were trying to fix the wrong door even though I pointed it out every time. They said it was fixed and I briught it home. Guess what? It still leaks. I have given up and will take somewhere else.

I was going to buy a new truck from Vacaville GMC/Pontiac and after the sale I was I had found out I was lied to by the sales manager and salesman. I refused delivery of the vehicle and I was bullied by the Sales Manager Larry Felbaum with his phones calls and threats. I would stay away from this dealership
