I am very happy with my previous move with AVL moving system. . They have given excellent service and a fair price. It was a nice change to not have a mover damage anything. They completed my relocation without any problems. I would recommend using AVL Moving system if you have to move.

AVL Moving Systems did a great job moving my house recently. As soon as I contacted them they gave me a good response. The movers came and they worked like a fine tuned machine. They disassembled, wrapped, packed and loaded my furniture with ease. At the unload - the crew placed everthing exactly where I wanted them to. I have already recommended them to my friend who will be using their services soon.

I was planning on a local move and was ready to gather information when ironically I had seen them moving by our apartment and I gave them a call for a quote for my upcoming move. I had a professional representative by the name of John, who came give me an accurate estimate. He was very thorough in his quote and answered all my questions politely. The movers all arrived in their uniform and their truck was impecably clean with all the materials to prep my furniture for damage free transport. The men set all my items where we needed them to be and it appeared as I lived at my home for years already. I will highly recommend this company to everyone who want to move from a good company .

Hi, I had a bad experience last year during one of the move with local movers. Me and my family were nervous about them getting done on time. But one of my friend suggested me about AVL moving sytem. I decided to go with them. This is an excellent company to use when moving your belongings. They were amazing, extremely professional and friendly. They treated our stuff like there stuff, if something was already broken they would bring it to our attention. These guys take pride in what they do, and they do it well, very well. Not to mention they were funny and a lot of fun to be around. I really had a very very good experience with them and they changed mine adn my families thoughts about local movers. Thank you AVL.

AVL Moving System is the best. AVL Moving Systems completed a full house move for me last week. I have plenty of antiques and other valuables in my house and they all were shifted in a fantastic manner. The employees arrived on time, were mannerly, and completed a walkthrough of the home before beginning. All items were inspected and they did brought to my attention about the previous damage before wrapping and loading. . I used two trucks and six men for the move. This was the first time a moving company doing the move so pleasant. I was grateful for the work they have done to me.

This was the best move ever that i had made with the AVL moving sytem last week. The movers were very fast and professional. They did prompt work and work is satisfactory. The crew worked really swiftly. During unloading they displayed patience and did not rush things and did every thing in an neat manner. AVL moving systems is truly professional and curteous from staring the work to the end of the work. AVL moving system is one of the best moving system that one can prefer. They came in and finished packing properly for us. They also had out entire place moved in 2 hours which seemed close to impossible. John who was our contact person was also a pleasure to work with, we had to reschedule twice, but she took it all in stride and ended up accomodating us with a last minute request to move. They also went as far as changing non-working bulbs that neither me nor my brother could reach. This was the best moving experience ever and ever. I could recommend any anyone to use AVL moving sytem for a stress-free move.

My friend rang me urgently saying that he needs to relocate his household to another place which is entirely new to him. We called on several other companies, and we came to a conclusion to give an attempt to move with AVL: moving system. The quote was simple and all safe made to make a move. The movers came exactly 30 minutes after my phone call and they were very friendly. They were very polite and done an excellent job in packing and unpacking. Their work is very much experienced and excellent. My friend was very much satisfied by their service and happy settled in his new place.

I moved through AVL moving systems from our home in San Jose to Los Angles last month. The movers did an excellent job from being on time and they did very impressive packing work which is efficient with very little damage issues. I really like the packing of this system and they unloaded in the right time. I liked their work very much and this system has done a marvelous service in packing and unpacking.

I moved with AVL moving systems last week and they did a good job. The AVL movers attended right in time the most surprising thing is that the charge was reasonable and I could easily afford it. I felt I got good return to my charges. I would really thank the movers for their good job and made the move easy with thier polite behavior. I would surely use the AVL moving system again and again whenever I need to shift and would recommend others to use this.

One of my friend had to make a sudden move from Charlotte to San Jose CA. He is very much tensed regarding his stuff that has to be shifted and also worried about the time they are going to take in shifting the furniture and all other household items. I suggested him to move through AVL moving systems and he had a safer and faster move with this system. Today he rang me and told me that he really had an excellent move with AVL system and all his stuff was safe home. Hey, I want to tell you my experience with AVL moving system during my last move. Yeah its a really happy happy move. I was very much afraid of the damage that will be done usually during the move and also very much bothered about the pay. But AVL moving system is very much friendly and moreover they offered me a good price that is very much reasonable. They attended us right after half an hour of our phone call and their pick ups of the items was very good and with more care. I have used AVL moving system for my move. This is the second time i am using this system and i am very much satisfied with their work. This system has really dedicated crew who does the work with atmost care and make the move simple and damage less. We were about to sign on the dotted line to have them help us move. We were amazed at how quickly they showed up to give us an estimate.

We then did further investigation, and realized this organization changes name frequently to avoid detection.

I believe that the other 58 positive statements about AVL moving have been created by their staff. The ones we found that are truly evaluations about AVL Moving systems are quite the opposite of these 58 complimentary statements. Note their website changes name when you enter it in, and links to a closed site.

See cut and pasted statement from another site:

Day of the Move:
1) They arrived very late so it was into the evening.
2) Truck was unmarked.
3) Paperwork they wanted me to sign was from another company: All United Van Lines
("it's just paperwork and this is our sister company").
4) By the time they'd finished wrapping EVERYTHING possible with cardboard and tape, they presented me with a bill for $2,500 JUST FOR THE WRAPPING. This was 3 guys for about 4 hours and 80% of the packing was already done!
5) Refused to unload the truck when I refused to pay more than my BINDING ESTIMATE and got physically threatening.
6) They drove off after getting my credit card number. It was either that or they were going to take all my belongings to storage and start charging me $250 a DAY!

Two days later they let me know that I was "OVERWEIGHT". They ignored the "BINDING ESTIMATE" they'd given me. Just said it wasn't valid. Now they wanted to charge me $6,800 for the move ON TOP of the packing charges. One conversation with the owner resulted in him screaming at me on the phone and making more threats about putting my goods in storage and charging me.

Day of Delivery:
I had a police officer present at deliver so they couldn't use physical intimidation.
I managed to negotiate the driver down $800 after a LONG argument. It was either pay or he was going to drive away and put my stuff in storage 3 states away and start charging me $250 a day. Police could do nothing because THEY HAD PHYSICAL POSSESSION of my property.

The boxes were smashed up. Terrible packing job. Worst of all, they did not have on the truck our most important furniture piece: a large expensive china cabinet. The trucker showed me paperwork that showed that he never loaded it and told me to call the main office.

I've now called the main office 10 times. Sent email. Send letters. They claim no knowledge of the furniture.

This was a TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Research will show you (as it showed me later) that these companies: Win Van Lines, R1 Movers, and All United Van Lines are all fronts for the same scam artists. They know that once they have physical possession of your stuff, you're done for. They pulled every nasty trick in the book to jack up the price. They were abusive. They were a nightmare.

STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS! They are VERY good at what they do: RIP PEOPLE OFF.

HI all people checking out AVL's "GREAT REFFERENCES". If you check these reviews and actually read them, you will find that 90% are incredibly similiar. They use broken, and mispelled english. Please note that all of them talk about how AVL delivered their "stuffs" perfectly. A little coincidental that all these reviews are worded the exact sme way. If you look further down the Organic search lists for AVL- you will find the real reviews. BEWARE of Agent/broker Vanlines and Movers. AVL is based in California. They will book your move for you but outside of California, it will NOT be AVL but a sub-contracted driver who is passing through. He will then show up with hired help from the local Labour ready place. These are not professional movers and not even employed by AVL. Why would movers who are not even employed by the original company care if they damage your items, or decide to steal your items? Just a thought for all to think of when you read all these "good reviews"

I recently moved from San Francisco to Sunnyvale. My family is from Sunnyvale and I was in San Francisco for work. My family recommended I use AVL MOVING SYSTEMS as they had used them before. Everything went as well as possible...no damages!!!...not even a scratch. The crew was very polite and courteous. Overall it was the best moving experience I've ever had

They responded to our last minute request on a Saturday because someone else had dropped the ball on our previously scheduled move. I decided to go with AVL based out of Santa Clara CA to move me from Orlando FL to San Jose CA. Andy, a salesperson from AVL Moving and Storage, called me back and after our discussion, sent me an estimate for 2000lbs and one for 3000lbs (I thought I'd be somewhere between the two). Her rates for the move were great, compared to the other big namers (United, Atlas) I've spoken with so far. He was also able to send me a truck asap, since I called him on July 6th 08 and was leaving Orlando by July 14th. Andy was great, very friendly and accommodating. I felt very comfortable speaking with him unlike some of these folks I've spoken with recently. He passed me over to Steve, an operations manager, who was also great and was very professional. So, my stuff made it to my new house in San Jose today, on time and undamaged! A few boxes/containers had some corners/sides bent in a bit, but I boxed my fragile stuff smartly with lots of blankets inside the boxes or containers. This moving company was great.They were all very professional, took great care of all my stuff (wrapped, padded, etc), and worked fast. I highly recommend AVL Moving and Storage out of Santa Clara, CA. Well worth every penny. 5-stars. 10 outta 10, etc etc....

We had a great experience with these guys. The truck pulls up and a bunch of super friendly Irish guys swarm out, round up all your stuff and then magically pop up at your new place with everything intact.

They were on time, efficient, friendly and helpful. The price was right as well and they took great care with all of our furniture. If (God forbid) we ever have to move again we'll call avl moving systems for sure.

A friend had recommended AVL Moving Systems for her move, said they did a good job. First I checked them on the Internet, saw good reports and I hired them to move me. It was a lot of work as both old and new locations were second floor, and I needed a full pack. The 3-man crew did the whole job in one day. They packed things carefully and there was no breakage. I have some treasured wood furniture (like a 6' tall armoire), and not only was there was no damage to any of my things, there wasn't even a scuff on the wall. I'm a very happy customer and would not hesitate to call on them again.

I enthusiastically recommend AVL MOVING SYSTEMS Movers for doing an entire household move or something as small as moving one item. I had faith in the management of the business who called me to verify our appointment for the move a couple of days in advance and the morning of. The men who came were really helpful and understood my concerns. I felt them to be very empathetic and not to find my requests for how to handle my property excessive. I also felt like I could trust them with my things and that they would be very cautious not to leave anything behind. They blanket wrapped my stuff and even took it apart and put it back together at the destination. I was moving from a very tiny apartment to another one and got a fantastic deal: their minimum was more than reasonable and understandable give the fact that they need to pay a minimum salary to their staff to keep good people. I felt I could not have done better budget-wise and got the service I would only expect if paying much more. I very much recommend this business to anyone looking for movers.

It's been a couple of years since I used these guys but I've moved twice with them over the past 8 yrs and both times was really happy with the result. Used 4 guys, b/c I had so much stuff, but it went quickly and smoothly. The guys had a good attitude and no breakage. I would highly recommend them and will use them again for sure!
Both moves were tricky because we were moving big stuff through tight hallways/doorways but the guys made it happen!

90% of the other companies gave us so many quotes, we have not moved in a while but we knew that the quotes we were getting, not realistic,
anyway's,
I dont want to make any claims here but i do believe that AVL Moving and Storage was the only company that had no charges for sales tax, fuel, credit card use
Everything was included in the price

now the movers, that was just a surprise, we all get this picture of movers in our heads, but guys i got to tell you, in one word they are the BEST and INTELLIGENT!!

My experience with AVL MOVING SYSTEMS was a dream come true. After getting totally screwed over by another moving company, I called AVL MOVING SYSTEMS on a Friday afternoon to schedule a Monday morning move and they were happy to help. During this part of the process I dealt with 3 different guys in the office and all 3 were so friendly and helpful. I couldn't believe how great I was treated considering how last minute this all happened. On Monday Morning, they showed up on time and ready to go. They worked quickly and handled my furniture and boxes very carefully. They were very friendly and very professional. Once we got to the new apartment they managed to not get any foot prints on my beautiful new carpet, even though it was raining, which I thought was a miracle. No scrapes or gouges on my new walls either. When it was all said and done, Not one single item of mine was damaged. Every wine glass, every desert plate and every picture frame was in as good condition as when I had packed them away. They maintained a friendly and professional attitude even though I was moving from a 3rd floor in San Francisco to a 3rd floor in Fremont IN THE RAIN. I am so grateful to all of the guys that helped me keep my sanity through what could have been a very stressful move. This is the second time that I have used AVL Moving Systems. The first was with my first home move. The latest was to move my company. The movers were quick and efficient. They were able to move large amounts of large (and heavy) furniture easily through narrow passage ways and up 3 flights of stairs. Computers, servers and important equiment were also in the move. Moving can be not only annoying and tiresome but very emotional for some. Not only does this moving company do it's very best to move your dearest and most personal belongings with the upmost care but they also move you and your emotions with the same amount of care too. AVL Moving Systems did such an amazing job moving me and my wife into our new house I just had to write a quick review to let everyone know! I had received a lot of great reviews for them so I was pretty confident using them, but they really did exceed my expectations. They double wrapped absolutely everything; even the small pieces and unwrapped everything. Then, they helped me set it all up in each room and place the furniture in a few different spots. Both movers were so friendly the entire day. They came prepared with boxes for all my things, from wardrobe to large boxes for pots and pans and picture frames. AVL Moving Systems is the best! AVL Moving Systems completed a full house move for me last week. I have plenty of antiques and other valuables in the four-bedroom home. The employees arrived on time, were mannerly, and completed a walkthrough of the home before beginning. All items were inspected and previous damage was noted or brought to my attention before wrapping and loading. The blanket pads and shrink wrap provided the extra protection I desired for my things. I used two trucks and five men on a Sunday move. This was the first time a moving company has suggested this and I was grateful for the sound approach. Before unloading, the entire crew walked through the new home and asked where things were going to be located. I was completely satisfied with the move. Nothing was damaged and the employees were very professional and courteous

From the moment I opened the door upon these movers arrival, I knew I had chosen the right moving company. I could not have asked for a more pleasant and professional team. They were early, took a survey of the items to be moved an got started immeditately. I had a lot of items and they were kind enough to place things where I could access them with ease. I have recently had surgery therefore could not do much and they took it upon themselves to ensure everything was placed because of my limitations. Even during and after moving all of my stuff (i had a lot), they were still smiling. I plan on asking my complex to add this company to their welcome packet because from beginning to end, it was a superfantastic experience.

A pleasure to use AVL moving systems , This was the best move ever...I am actually looking forward to my next move with AVL moving systems I could not be more pleased with the way this move went. Your movers were very quick and very professional. The work was prompt and my valuables were well taken care of. The service was very satisfactory. These two persons that moved all the furniture, made an excellent job. They were good workers and polite. They worked very hard. I am without complaint. I would like to take a moment to tell you how pleased my wife and I are with the way your employees handled our recent move.On December 8, one of your crews moved us from Bakers field to Fresno.The driver and his two loaders were a joy to work with. The move was somewhat complicated by the fact that I was recovering from knee replacement surgery. Part of the load had to be taken to a nearby storage unit. They handled our goods with care and displayed good humor the whole day. Nothing was damaged or broken. During the unloading they displayed patience and did not rush things, even though the hour was getting late. The impressions employees leave with customers can make or break a company. We have already recommended your company to friends of ours. I usually do not write letters like this, but in this case , I wanted to let you know that you know that you are well represented by your employees.
