The Eco-Dry guys were able to do the work right away. They were prompt, worked efficiently, and cleaned up afterward. The results were better than I expected. Although, after the carpet dried I noticed some spotting, perhaps caused by their spotting solution. Once I notified the eco guys, they came over right away, did their thing, and the spots were gone. Despite the call back, I have to give them high marks. They were professional and remedied the problem. I would definitely use them again.
