I've been a patient of Dr. Leonard for years and haven't had any issues. Of course, I haven't been extremely sick either. He's a competent doctor with a very kind disposition. However, if you really want to get down to the bottom of something you are going to have to speak up about it. Asking a lot of questions is usually the best way to get the most out of your visits.
