The staff is great! They are very attentive. They ask what you want and really listen. You can get a same day appointment and even walk-in with a short wait. This is not a luxury salon. It is neat and clean. No fancy frills. The regular pedicure includes a great massage and they use hot stones. My manicure/pedicures really last when I go to Shiny Nails. They have a lot of regular customers because they are so great.
