Robert Martin did an excellent job in finding the car I wanted at a price nobody would beat.

BAD BUSINESS

On April 1, 2011(friday) we traded in our 08 Nissan Armada for Toyota Venza. It took us about 7 hours for the whole deals that one employee suggested that they just going to mail the documents to us.
We are happy with the Venza until 2 days later April 3, 2011(sunday) that i noticed it has NEGATIVE Carfax report from their website. The Carfax shows that the Mileage was tampered! From 28,000 to 22,000 miles.
We returned to FRANK TOYOTA on April 4,2011(monday) and talked to Rick the Sales Manager. We showed him the Carfax report that I printed from their website and told him that we want to return the Vehicle. First thing he asked was " did you purchased the 2 days cancellation option?" and i said no. He took my Carfax Report and came back after 40 minutes to an hour later with the Vehicle service record. The record looks good but, is it correct? I REALLY DONT KNOW. Would it be possible you think for them to update the Vehicle Service record? I DONT KNOW. Even if they didn't do it, the Carfax report is still NOT RIGHT to me. So, we left the Store with unsettled issue. THIS IS VERY UPSETTING!
On Appril 4,2011 i filed a complaint with the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU for FRAUD. (RollbacK mileage)
April 20,2011 A salesperson called informing us that the vehicle parts that was promised is available for pick up. So went back to Frank Toyota,on April 21, 2011. We took the parts and asked the status our complaint and we were directed to the customer relations person. and the same thing happened again. She showed us the Vehicle service record, saying that everything is current according to the report...'its not there fault ".....DMV made a mistake as what she said. im heading DMV in a couple of days to make another report and still hoping that this issue will get fix
HONESTLY, I DONT WANT TO KEEP THE VEHICLE WITH A ROLLBACK MILEAGE ON THE CARFAX REPORT.

FRAUD= BAD BUSINESS

I'VE BEEN IN THE NAVY FOR A WHILE AND INFORMED TO STAY AWAY FROM MILE OF CARS.
[this is our first purchase in the mile of cars]

TO ALL MILITARY IN SAN DIEGO:
Yes what they told you is true, PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM MILE OF CARS in National City Boulevard.

Everybody has the title "manager" and MANY have no clue about selling cars or how to speak in complete sentences. GO ELSEWHERE, No Kidding! Are you serious? BAIT AND SWITCH!

Very friendly and informative when purchasing a car. I just don't understand why it's always a 2 hour wait, no matter what time of the day you go, to get your car serviced for an oil change and checking out the rest of the car.

Frank Toyota does have fast and easy service but I remember having 5 dollars stashed in one of the compartments of my car and after an oil change it was gone! I recommend cleaning your car out before getting it serviced.

Frank Scion was great when my parents and I went to buy an xB. They have a great staff who helped us quickly and offered us multiple financing options. They met our needs and their service continues beyond the sale.

I only go to Frank Toyota for parts. The guys there are always friendly and helpful with finding the right car parts that I need. Although, because they're a dealer, the parts are sometimes pricey and are just above the quality found in most general parts shops. But all in all, great service and good deal especially when you have a student discount card.

I always take my husbands truck to Frank Toyota. The service department is great, worry free experience. They even wash your car for free!! Now, who doesn't like free??? Stop by the sales department and see Antonio, he's AWESOME!!!
