called Sean to make an appointment to replace the rear brake pads on my mom's 1993 Infniti J30. He quoted me $160 over the phone and not once did he try and upsell me any special parts or suggest I get something else looked at.

I checked with different shops before choosing Advantec because my long time mechanic was asking $600 for the same job!?! Even though it was ~22 miles from her house & she got lost, she said she'd go back anytime and really appreciated how attentive and patient they were with her.

The whole job only took 1 hour and a nearby coffee shop was a great place to kill time time. Hopefully we won't be back because it'll mean that something is wrong with the car but when that does happen I'll be making another appointment with Advantec for sure.
