I visited to improve the fine lines around my mouth. I ended up being injected with Restylane around the mouth, both for the lines above the upper lip and for an area at the side of my mouth that was turning down a bit (pouting look). I was extremely pleased with the area at the corners of the mouth because I did not even know that look could be improved with injections. I was a little more concerned with the lip area because I had slight lumpiness for a week or two after the procedure. It looks fine now but it would have been better if I was forewarned on that. Four weeks after the treatment I was happy with the results and would recommend Celibre based on the experience.

I went in with a good number of issues, acne, oily skin, large pores, redness and scars. I have significantly less oily skin and active acne. Still have some redness and scars that I will continue to treat because they have other lasers. I knew my situation would be a lot of work based on the consultation and we have only finished the first part of it. In addition to the initial results, I was happy with Tamara, the person at the front desk and Lori, my nurse. It was also fairly easy to schedule an appointment that worked for me and that was important because I was coming from far away.

My dermatologist actually referred me to Celibre. He was using an IPL for my Acne Rosacea and dry skin and I was not improving. I did not get my hopes up because I have tried a lot of treatments. My skin always looks chapped and nothing has been able to improve it. What I liked about the approach was that Lori, my nurse, did not start me on the laser treatments until we went over everything I was using on my face first to determine if something could be making the dryness worse. I was using a lot of products and we eliminated a few of them before starting the laser treatments. Three months later, I am happy to say that my skin has improved by leaps and bounds. The dryness and cracking is gone (maybe because of both the products I eliminated and the lasers) and my skin looks much fresher and younger with no irritation. I am sticking to a maintenance program of laser treatments every couple months to keep my skin looking the way it is now and I would recommend that to others with Acne Rosacea.

I went to Celibre the first time I tried Botox. I didn't know what to expect because it was my first time, but Michelle the nurse that treated me was very knowledgeable and willing to take the time to share her knowledge and experience and I liked that. She helped to get rid of the anxiety I had. I was worried about the lines around my eyes on the sides and after the treatment they were gone. I will be visiting again soon.

Me and a friend went to Celibre about 3 years ago. It was about a 40 min drive from Fullerton.
On our consultation I spoke with a male worker in a white laboratory coat. I don't think he was an actual Doctor but was dressed like one. We discussed on what procedure me and my friend were wanting. As I was talking to him he did not see very professional, he did not look at me in the eyes as much and I remember his hand shake being very weak.
Me and my friend went in for laser acne treatment. I found this company by googling and their website seemed very professional. So first the person quoted me at around $3000 for each of us. Then he told us there was a payment plan with no interest. So he provided the phone and we called on the spot. I was approved for $5000 instantly, but my friend did not get approved. The worker than told me he will let us do it for $5000, which was under my credit, for both of us. And we stupidly agreed to it. When he mentioned he would do both of us for $5000 because he knew I got approved, it sounded to me that he was being a salesman and was prob getting commission off of us.
We went in for our sessions and it did seem like it was somewhat working. We did get a little less oil off our faces. But as i remember after a little less than a year of treatment, they told us that it was finished. At that time me and my friend knew that we were still getting blemishes and it seemed like we should have had more treatments, but we agreed to it because they said it will get better as time goes by.
Now its been over 3 years and i'm getting frequent breakouts and I sitll have oily skin. I still have acne scars and red spots. I am very unsatisfied and should have been smarter and have done more research on choosing a good acne place. I still get e-mails from them with deals but I ignore them all because this place just wants your money.
And to the male worker who gave us the consultation, from the beginning I knew by you not giving us eye contact and that weak handshake that i remember, that you were more of a salesman. I really think you should be fired, unless you have already been fired in that 3 year time gap.

I would not recommend this place to anyone, and I never have or will. I tell my many friends, colleagues etc to never goto this place.

None of this is bullsh*t. We were guaranteed out of that workers mouth that we won't break out anymore, have less oily skin, and have better results on our acne scars. None of this is true.

I am a patient at Celibre Medical receiving Juvederm injections. I went to Celibre for the lines on the side of my nose. They injected me with Restylane but I did not think the results were good. I was already scheduled for a checkup after 2 weeks and when I went back I asked the nurse what she thought. She agreed with me that the results were not very good and agreed to replace the Restylane with Juvederm to try and get better results. This is why I am writing and rating Celibre with a 4 stars. They worked with me and replaced the Restylane because they also saw a lack of results with the intial injection.

I had acne laser treatments at Celibre. The lasers worked for me but unpredictability always factors in. The staff were kind and not trying to sell me more treatments all the time, which was good. They also helped me with expectations that matched the treatments. The only negative was that it was more than I expected to pay.

I came to Celibre for Botox and Restylane. I have Botox for fine lines around the eyes and Restylane for the creases around the nose and mouth. The thing I appreciate most about Celibre is the honest feedback I receive from Lori during our appointments. Even when the news is bad (like bruising from treatment) she's always realistic with me. In the past couple years I have met all the staff at the Celibre office and I have found every one to be attentive and caring, so much so that I have brought them lunch from my restaurant several times. Tamara has made it easy for me to schedule appointments that work within my schedule and Lori has been as delicate as can be with my injections. I have referred my best friend and would refer more people if they had the $$!

Ok I am that guy that normally bashes businesses on the internet because a lot of businesses are so horrible that people need to know about them. This is the opposite with celibre: the staff is so friendly and caring that I am actually taking the time to comend them for it. Some people are saying that this business is a scam: NOT TRUE AT ALL!! I received very good results with my treatment (I had rosacea), and the nurse even did a follow up call a month later to see how I was doing. She remembered me very clearly and how I was going out of town following that treatment. The nurse is both NICE and VERY well knowledgable when it comes to skin conditions and is able to thoroughly answer any question you have. some businesses out there will give you a feeling that you are being dooped into spending money and they display this sort of fake kindness....but celibre is very genuine with customer service and you will notice it....guarenteed. as to any who did not notice results....lasers take time and the effects depend on the skin type and severity of the problem....but when you fully committ to getting great skin results through lasers, your results will be MUCH MUCH MUCH greater than any other treatment plan. altought i say that they are somewhat pricey....they are NOT outright unaffordable and the results are definitely worth the money. with me for example, $600 dollars reduced my facial redness by 95%...but every treatment plan is different so scedule a free consultation. i know this sounds like I work for the business, but i swear I do not, i just feel like commending a great business

The scheduling was flexible fo me and I was very satisfied with the treatment. I reacted very well to the treatment and I hardly break out now which is good. I'm glad that I found Celibre.

I went to Celibre for Botox and Restylane to look younger. Lori in the Torrance office did my treatments and I was very pleased with the results. I felt I looked 3-5 years younger after the injections. One of the best parts was the education about the procedure. We spent lots of time talking about different options and I really felt a part of the decision process.

I chose Celibre over other service providers for laser hair removal despite the fact that they were significantly more expensive, because the environment seemed hygenic and the staff looked professional. So when I saw the coupon in my e-mail for 50% off for the first treatment, you can only imagine how happy I was. I called, made an appointment and asked them how much time I woould need for all the areas they listed in the contract when I went there for initial consultation - They said 1.5 hours should be enough. I went there at 4:30 on Friday night, and the spent 40 minutes taking pictures, talking etc and only started the treatment at 5:10 pm. and after they completed only the "front of the legs" at 6 pm, they said they wouldn't be able to continue since they close at 6 pm and that I had taken 2 bathroom breaks and that was not in their schedule, and that a manager would call me to discuss the "next steps". I expected them to schedule another 45 minutes to finish what they started, but guess what? they refused to finish the treatment , and they wanted to charge me $350 for the frnt of the legs, and said that it would cost me only $175 with the coupon - oh what a deal I was getting? I asked them to eaither finish what they started or give me a full refund, or otherwise I was going to dispute the charge. Their 2nd guy who contacted me via e-mail responded, and I quote "your threats are extortion and if you continue with them we will be forced to take legal action for extortion, slander and any other charges that fit your actions". Now I call that customer service.

I disputed the charges with the credit company and received the full amount they charged me. Besides the fact that they refused to finish the treatment they promised, I couldn't believe the attitude I got from them.

In summary - don't go there if you cannot go on without a bathroom break for 2 hours; otherwise you may never get your money's worth and be treated as if their incapability and lack of customer service is your fault.

I have not yet seen great results yet and am still waiting for more. I went in for scarring, redness and acne. I loved the customer service and the knowledgable staff and my time at Celibre was pleasant. Hoping for more results soon.

Tattoo removal. They said it could take from 6 - 15 treatments and they finished in 9 so I was pretty pleased. The tattoo is completely gone. The staff was very patient and very professional and I felt like I knew what I was getting into when I started.

the chemical peel doesnt rid acne scars. it melts the skin and makes scarring deeper. skin stays red for a long time. it might work 4 wrinkles; but not this. do research with other treatment centers. i recommend alternative treatment or wait for new technology.

i cant believe their reply that was just posted. than why did u give me the chemical peel? it hurt like hell. and now ur saying it wasnt necessary and u never perform it for acne scars?. ur a scam. i spent all that money for nothing but pain. dont trust this company.

Please do not go to celibre! I am asian with light brown skin and used to be an attractive guy. I had lots of acne in my early 20's and now have a lot of acne scars. So I went to the free consultation here at the torrance office and the big white guy told me that they would fade all of my acne scars completely. It sounded too good to be true so I decided to proceed. They charged me about $4,000. Let me tell you... I used two acne machines and THEY DID NOT WORK! They made my face redder and spots got darker. Even under my eyes had more wrinkles. They offered me extra bonus free treatments at the end because I complained so I decided to take it and still did nothing! I complained again and they said they can't treat me forever! I was so disappointed... my face is worse than to begin with. There customer service is good but the results are BAD! I don't know about anyone else but I would rather have bad customer service and good results. Please don't proceed with celbre, it doesn't work! Go try something else. I regret coming here. I really do! I wouldn't lie about this experience. IF the results were good, I would have definitely said so in this review. I am telling you truth, this is my true opinion and this is a huge scam. I am not no competitor, I am a regular student going to grad school who is very embarrassed about his face and has low self-esteem. May God bless all of you and I wish you all well with your faces.

I was told that I probably got Melasma from menopause or being out in the sun too much. I used the Cosmelan program at Celibre and I enjoy the results I have see. I received excellent support and information at my visits and much responsibility was placed on me to participate in my care. I thought the staff was very professional and well organized and I am writing because I want to recommend Celibre to others.

I went to Celibre to try to remove acne scars. During the free consultation I was told that Celibre's services were "guaranteed," but since they do not return your money if it doesn't work, I don't know what they mean by that.

I was almost in tears with hopefulness and happiness at the thought of actually getting rid of these embarrassing and awful reminders of a socially debilitating condition, which have now become their own socially debilitating condition.

Unfortunately, Celibre's laser treatments did not work. Not at all. Although they helped with the small amount of active acne I had, the acne scars were not affected. I was manipulated into spending $4000 on something that didn't work, and now I continue to live every day feeling embarrassed and ashamed of my skin and wanting to hide it.

Don't make the same mistake I made. Celibre is a scam when it comes to acne scars. Don't let them talk you into this.

First I'd like to say that everyone at Celibre is very professional, knowledgeable and very nice. I had very high expectations based on the price of the treatment, but it was made clear during the consultation what I could expect. Ideally, I had hoped that I would have no visible spots or scars on my face, but I did realize that the there i sonly so much that can be done with lasers. I love the environment created by Celibre. It looks like a spa, but you get very professional, medical attention. I would recommend Celibre highly.

I was treated for melasma and hair removal at Celibre. I had great results from the treatment and feel like the expectations set in the consultation were very realistic. It took a couple more treatments than they estimated though. I never had any problems scheduling my appointments and the staff was very attentive and was able to answer all my questions. I am pleased with the service and would recommend Celibre to anyone interested in these services.

I went to Celibre for acne scars and some active acne. I decided to go ahead with the treatment, even though i had my doubts, because they said they would guarantee satisfaction. I spent $3900, or rather my parents did, and to this day, my acne scars are still there and i still have breakouts. Acutane would have cleared my acne way better and it would have been covered by insurance. When I called to ask for another appointment, she said it would be $300 a treatment. I argued with her about the guaranteed satisfaction and she rudely said, "well, we can't treat you FOREVER!" I was insulted, and I felt really betrayed. My parents were out a lot of money and I feel so bad for that. I would definately not recommend you do this. They will paint this wonderful picture of what will happen to your skin, and then drop you when the program is over and you still aren't satisfied. DON'T GO TO CELIBRE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Laser Acne Treatment. Appt. confirmation phone calls and e-mails are an excellent reminder. The staff is nothing but top of the line professionals and the service was very accommodating. Very reasonable and accurate progress was made and there was no misinformation. Results were achieved according to prognosis made during consultation. Treatment results exceeded expectation. Procedures and products are highly effective.

I came here because somebody I know said it was ok. Stupid me for not doing the most BASIC research to find out that I never should have come.

Not only did I drop over $6000 with very, VERY little result, I always felt like I was being rushed. Then afetr being rushed a could of times, I was forced to wait over 40 minutes, without so much as a "sorry for the inconvienience". When I expressed my frustration, the front was very rude - what ever happened to courtesy??? They were nice when they were taking my money!!!

I don't recommed. For $6000 (which is a ton for me!) If I'm not going to get al lest "ok" results, they should at least me nice. Jeez.
