Said they would be here at 10:30am, when they didn't show up, I called around 11am, the guys said, "Oh, they should be there in around 45 min, they just left", I was furious, I told them "..it was very unprofessional to tell people that you will be here at a certain time, and assume they have no other appointments throughout there day, if your going to be late, don't you consider it a courtesy to call and let a person know?" His response "We do the best we can, what do you want me to do about it?", I like the concept of swingset movers, but if your expecting them to be there on time, don't count on it, they are like the phone co./gas co./cable co. give yourself a 4 hr. window.

Before getting rid of my kid's swingset, I started looking around to find a bigger, more activity inclined version. Sunland Creations was one of the companies I contacted. I've seen samples of their work and would like to get a quote. They were polite on the phone, but I haven't received any information from them yet despite two requests.
