We recently purchased a new Jura Giga 5 from this company. My wife and I were very skeptical and a bit concerened to spend so much money on a coffee machine, but since we are "aficianados" we figuered we would give it a go. We purchased the unit on the alattehotte site through paypal which gave us the peace of mind in haivng security from a company we never purchased through before. I have to say, I am so pleased by the customer service, instantaneous support prompt reponses by alattehotte. They always responded to my questions quickly and this really solidified the buying experience in my mind. We would certainly purchase from alattehotte again --- they are very engaging and easy to talk to.

Rob sent us some of his mustache express coffee, it's pretty extreme stuff, definetly fit for espresso but not sure about cappuccinos. I wouldn't have his coffee in multiples, it made me feel very very productive.

The Jura Giga machine is pretty wild, I love having the ability to make two kinds of coffees or blend the bean hoppers. My wife has her decaf in one bean hopper and I have my intelligentsia in the other. We both get what we want.

With many, many years of great service, my Saeco Magic Comfort + machine finally gave out. I was a little sad to part with my wonderful, reliable machine. On a regular basis, I would send in the machine for service and the very helpful people at aLatteHotte would quickly work on it and ship the machine back to me out in Ohio.

I certainly was in a pinch about how to replace my machine. After I spoke with Rob about purchasing a new machine, I learned of the generous trade-in program they offer towards the purchase of a new machine. A trade-in credit was an added bonus to all the freebies included with my new machine purchase.

I had set out wanting a replacement model to my trustworthy Magic Comfort +. It turns out the machine was phased out of production several years back. Saeco manufactures a whole array of machines. The next best thing to my previous machine is a Royal One Touch by Saeco. It looks really sharp. It is a significantly smaller machine in terms of size than the Magic Comfort +. Now here is where I made the leap of faith.

For the same price as a new Saeco Royal One Touch, Jura makes the ENA 9 Cappuccino, an even smaller machine. What a wonderful little machine. It does everything with one button touch controls. Clean up is a snap since milk never goes inside the machine. There is minimal maintenance, a cleaning cycle with a tablet once a month. What a breeze.

Now, I have a great new machine with the solid reputation of Swiss precision manufacturing. I've had my machine for a few months now; I look forward to many years of great espresso! And thanks aLatteHotte for the great recommendation.

We were so thankful that alattehatte was able to repair and return our Saeco Royal CoffeeBar on the following business day after a newbie poured water into the grinder (a big no -no!) The team over at alattehatte saved the day. It's a great service to have a local repair facility.

Our company has a few machines that we periodically take in for sevice. While I'm there, I usually pick up a few bags of the Lavazza coffee they recommend. It seems to keep the machine going steady and the office crew happy as well!

My second Gaggia bit the dust so we decided to phone aLatteHotte and order a new machine, we decided to go with a new swiss made Jura machine. It is very different from the Gaggia and I really like the new Jura better. It??s very easy to use, everything has become so push-button wallah these days and this new Jura is no exception. I spoke to Rob at aLatteHotte, who has helped us with our dilemmas on the Gaggia and after a week of deliberation, I made the plunge and ordered the new Jura model J9. I was very wary of the ABS plastic finish but when I received the machine, I was very pleased to see what it actually looks like. This machine has a very deep lacquered finish that is just as nice looking as the gaggia titanium that I replaced. Rob said that it didn??t really matter what the exterior was made of (material) as long as the guts inside are durable and well made. It appears that I got a machine that is very well made. It doesn??t bother me for anything at all, but once a week to fill the water tank and insert some beans. The machine is so technologically advanced that it has a laser that delivers an alert when you are out of beans, which is nice because the bean container is hidden in the machine. This is a good design because it shelters the beans in an air tight compartment and away from the sun, the laser allows you the convenience of not having to look at the bean container to ??see where you are? every day. I really like this Jura system and I really appreciate the help that aLatteHotte once more provided me with, not to mention for an addict like me, they are always a phone call away even late into the evening!

What more could I ask for? They shipped my new coffee maker espresso pot to me the next day and it is up and working like a champ. No more starbucks. I just love this machine, I bought a Jura C5. Well I had a fantastic experience with aLatteHotte. Previously I have called them a few times for advice using a saeco coffee maker that I own and they have always been very helpful over the phone, even though I never bought the machine from them. What I like most is that they answer the phone late into the evening when nobody else seems to be around, especially saeco. Well my Saeco bit the dust when we had a power surge (due to a problem with Edison in our neighborhood) and I decided not to fix the product but to buy another one. So who did I call? Of course these guys because they have helped me in the past and I know that they will be there in the future to help me with me new maker. This time I went with a Jura and I must say, it??s very different. The coffee tastes stronger but I think that??s because it makes a 16 gram shot and I love the taste of the espresso, it is just magnificent. I was all set to go with another Saeco unit because overall it has been a pretty decent coffee maker for an inexpensive product (if you think $500 is inexpensive). The model of the Jura I went with is the C9 and I must say, the Automatic Cappuccino features is priceless! My mornings are simple and my evenings are just bliss. aLatteHotte was also a gem when it came to selecting the machine and setting it up over the phone. I couldn??t have had a better experience with this company and I will continue to send my friends their way!

aLatteHotte is one of the most helpful coffee companies I have ever found on the web. I am the owner of three Saeco espresso makers, all the same model, Vienna. I have had very good luck with my coffee machines but in the event that trouble arises, we know who to call because they are always there for us. aLatteHotte services my Vienna makers and they sold me my last saeco which has been totally trouble free. I was just in to pick up some coffee and have the maintenance done on my home Vienna and I was introduced to the new saeco xelsis which of course I fell in love with. I have never seen a company that would personally spend so much time with a customer whether or not they were going to sell me something. They really are a full service company and they seem to stand by their lifetime maintenance program. We have already used it several times for grinder related issues, but now that we are using higher quality espresso roast beans, we are not having the issues. This company has saved me time and money and they have always been super pleasant to do business with, only the best recommendation from my family!

They are very helpful and pleasant and rather than telling me to buy a more expensive machine that I was prepared to buy they pointed me towards a much less expensive machine that I have fallen in love with. There are so many options on the market for espresso coffee makers, and many stores to buy them from. I chose this company, aLatteHotte for a few reasons, mainly that they answer the phone on a Sunday and get back to me right away by email. Since I am new to this fancy kind of coffee product (Im a convert from a Krups coffee pot), it was important to have the service that I require. aLatteHotte made my purchase very simple and I saved about six hundred dollars by not purchasing a more expensive unit. The employees are fun to talk to and always have delicious coffee on top, so it??s like going to the caf and getting your buzz on while they work on your machine. It??s almost fun when our machine breaks down (kidding). They have always treated me very kindly and now that we are going on to our second coffee maker, I can honestly say that I am very satisfied with the sales experience and with the service experience. We have one machine that we take on the plane with us out to California every time we make the LA journey and we always spend half an hour or so with Rob for the tune-up. LatteHotte is a fun experience all around. My favorite coffee that they have me absolutely hooked on is the Intelligentsia black cat, while my neighbor and coworker both stick with the Lavazza coffee, I think the black cat is one of the most supreme blends out there! The capresso system is much less hands on and much more easy to use. It is like a mac compared to a pc and the quality of the coffee keeps a smile on my face every morning (and sometimes evening). Would purchase the same unit, from them again.

First time I had my saeco in for service at a facility in San Francisco which closed. Whenever they would fix it, they had the unit for a month and it would be returned nowhere near the condition that alattehotte would return it in. aLatteHotte really does do a good job at restoring my little Vienna, which has become the forefront center important item in my offices?? kitchen. The Vienna I have has been a good reliable espresso maker, the grinder often would get clogged from using oily beans so we no longer use the oily beans. Rob at alattehotte actually spent half an hour showing me how my Vienna worked and how to keep the grinder from getting clogged. Overall, I found the folks at alattehotte very helpful and I would return in the future to purchase another machine. It is always fun to make the trip down to gardena for a bean tasting and education on the best of what is around. I love coffee, it is definitely my drug of choice and I just can not imagine life without the good espresso. What I especially liked about the service at alattehotte was the turn around time and the quality of restoration and repair work done on my machine. I have recommended them to friends and will continue to do so.

We bring in our Saeco Incanto Sirius just about yearly as it starts to leak from the steam valve and aLatteHotte repairs it quickly for us everytime. We also buy our coffee and filters here and always get a speedy shipment. Ordered a brand new Saeco Syntia for our home, I will take the sirius to my office for others to enjoy. The syntia is much smaller, though the capacities seem smaller than the sirius even though on paper it looks the same. I think ultimately we probably should have taken the advice alattehote gave us to buy the jura machine, even though it was more money. The syntia has been in for a complimentary maintenance service on the grinder already becuase my husband decided to use oily beans from trader joes, clogging up our new grinder. A morning without coffee is not pleasant around here and Rob was quick to fix this for us and we went home happy again. We have been considering replacing this machine with yet another one but this time I think we are going to go with the Jura recommendation as we are ready to try something new now. They have told me to try the Jura several times but we have been happy with our Saeco. These folks have always been courteous and kind. We received a fair trade in value for our older machine and enjoy the new saeco immensely. We were in the market for a new unit for Christmas this year but they got our older saeco working well so we will keep this one for at least another year, I know when we are ready for the next unit, we will return to alattehotte to make the purchase. They have done nothing but go out of the way to help us when we are in town, often the same day service which is unheard of when you have something fixed. I always love to try the new coffees they have, Rob roasts his own beans and is very philanthropic about making people try them. Hello, I was going to purchase a more extravegant espresso machine but Rob at alattehotte convinced me to go for the mid model range Jura. We are really happy we took the advice, it is much easier to use than the older Saeco that we traded in. My wife and I are very happy with the decision and the coffee that came with our new Jura from alattehotte was very tasty. Try the Black Cat. I sent my Saeco Espresso machine to AlatteHotte for cleaning. It came back filthy. It was sent to them in better condition than when I got it back. After returning it to them for "proper service" they supposedly broke my machine, and sent back to me someone else's used, cruddy, dirty machine. When I told them I wanted my machine back they said "we've already done enough for you. Complaints have been filed with BBB and State Attorney General. I believe Saeco is taking away AlatteHotte's authorization to service their machines. Beware of this crooked company!

I went to the place, which is 20 minutes from where I work, and a guy replaced them on the spot at no charge, all done during my lunch break.

I went there because I purchased Lavazza 1 kg coffee bean bags (the blue ones) from them before, and the price was the best I could find on the Internet - I didn't know they are into fixing coffee equipment at the time. I also saved on shipping because of the close proximity.

If my Saeco breaks (knock on wood), I will go there for repairs.

Their estimate of repair came to $285 + shipping; and, they appraised my machine at $64. They had a deal whereas they would purchase my old machine at the appraised value and put it toward the purchase of a new machine. I decided upon the Giro Odeo machine as they assured me that it was a terrific machine and so on. I spent an additional $599 for the machine. When it arrived, it did not work. I called aLatteHotte and Rob, the Director, walked me through several steps before he declared it broken. I had to ship it back and he promised to send me out another one immediately. He didn't send the second machine out until nearly a week after receiving the first one back. Just two months later, the new machine started leaking water out of the steam wand. When I contacted aLatteHotte, they said they couldn't do anything and made me get ahold of Saeco. Saeco eventually had me ship my machine to Washington. I was without it for two weeks while it was being fixed. Just six weeks later, it stopped dripping coffee altogether. Again, I reached out to aLatteHotte and they again pointed me to Saeco. After finding out that Saeco would need at least three weeks to fix the machine I finally said enough. I purchased the machine just a few months ago and during the course of those few months, I was usually without a coffee machine! Saeco agree to refund the full $599 to aLatteHotte. When I asked aLatteHotte about the refund, Rob, the Director said he had nothing to do with refunds - I needed to work with Saeco. Back to Saeco, they had already sent him the funds. After another message he said he would send the check. He sent $569 - thirty dollars short. When asked about the shortage, Rob, the Director of aLatteHotte responded with, and I quote:

"It costs us to send it to you in the first place! Saeco does not pay the cost of shipping in their reimbursement to us. You're going to have to live with it. Our business is complete!
There will be NO additional funds.
