WE "OTTER" DO YOUR POOL!
Two of my neighbors had pools installed, and I watched both carefully: One pool was installed by Otter Pools & Spas; the other by a different company.
I paid close attention because I also wanted a swimming pool. After observing the detail, follow-up, and quality product constructed by Otter Pools and Spas, I chose them as my swimming pool contractor.
Now that I am enjoying my swimming pool and spa, I see the neighbor, who did not use Otter, still frustrated by faulty equipment and design. He hasn't seen the "salesperson" that sold him the pool since he signed the contract.
I was delighted that Bruce and Nancy, the owners of Otter Pools and Spas, saw to everything personally from start to finish. I always knew where we were at in the different stages of construction. They are fantastic!
