After observing the detail, follow-up, and quality product constructed by Otter Pools and Spas, I chose them as my swimming pool contractor. </p> <p>Now that I am enjoying my swimming pool and spa, I see the neighbor, who did not use Otter, still frustrated by faulty equipment and design. He hasn't seen the &quot;salesperson&quot; that sold him the pool since he signed the contract.</p> <p>I was delighted that Bruce and Nancy, the owners of Otter Pools and Spas, saw to everything personally from start to finish. I always knew where we were at in the different stages of construction.
