I review foods and employees at major fast food restuarants. I came across this story and I was very shocked. I contacted the customer and she was very angry that the corprate office and the owner to this Sonic Drive-In never contacted her back. I recommend that Sonic should take immediate action. Thanks and here's the story of the customer.

I am very upset with an incident at your Visalia, CA location on Demaree and Caldwell. I went there a couple of days ago with my family and ordered two of your supersonic cheeseburgers that were advertised to come with free tator tots with each sandwich amongst other items as well. When the food arrived it did not contain the taters. So I went in to get them. When I did, the manager Geoff, said that because I did not specify at the time of my order that I wanted them I would be not be able to get them. I asked why not, the Ad did not state that I HAD to ask and that I was asking now. Well he proceeded to say (rudely with hands crossed I might add), that Sonic was not in the business of giving away free food and that it was not his fault that I could not understand/read the billboard correctly and that he could not be "wasting" more time on me because he had other customers. I, probably with my jaw on the ground, pointed out that we were virtually the only customer at the establishment and If I could speak to the manager. He said "I AM the manager", and that he was done talking to me and that if I did not like the policy that I could leave, because he did not ask me to be there!!! I immediately called your corporate office, and was half-heartedly apologized to and was told that the owner or someone in their office would be contacting me by phone or e-mail. It has been about 4 days and of course I have heard nothing. I must say that even as I write this I can't believe it and I was there!!!! Needless to say I will not be returning and will let anyone I know to do the same. This was very appalling!!!!!!!! Shame on Geoff, shame on Sonic for not addressing it!!

Pros: Worst employees, rude, and VERY DISRESPECTFUL

Cons: Manager should be FIRED.
