I had a flood in the middle of the night! Gold Coast Flood Restorations was the first company to answer the phone not to mention it was an actual tech not an annoying answering service. They were at my house with in an hour. I was so stressed out the techs that were there were so patient and understanding! if I ever have a water damage issue like this again, which I pray I don't, they will be the first and only company I call!! Thank you to all the techs at Gold Coast that came and helped in my time of need!

Thank you Gold Coast!! I had a huge flood in the middle of the night I called Gold coast they were there with in an hour! I was so impressed with there fast response and friendly words! I was so stressed out. They helped me out so much! Hopefully I never have an issue like that but if I do I wont hesitate to call them. They were AWESOME!

My wife and I were shocked to receive a phone call from our tenant saying she thought there was a leak from the roof in a back corner of our rental. We called Gold Coast and they were out at our rental next morning. They took a look and the problem was so much bigger than we had anticipated. Who knows how long the roof and some of our windows in that back bedroom had been leaking but two rooms and a bathroom had to be gutted and treated for mold damage. With our renters in the balance of this disaster Joe, Brian and Mike did an amazing job getting rid of the mold. They were quick, efficient and professional keeping us and the renters calm every step of the way. We did not loose our home or our renters to this mold disaster thanks to Gold Coast Flood.

When my neighbor's water heater leaked into my home, Gold Coast Flood Restorations took care of drying out my walls and restoring my unit in a timely and professional manner. Mike, Joe and their team, were easy to work with and did an excellent job! I would recommend them to anyone with a similar need!

We had major water damage due to a running toilet and mainline clog. The flood covered our entire (2,000 sq ft) downstairs in about 1/4 inch of water. I called Gold Coast and they were on site within hours starting water damage mitigation. The team led by Kurt was quick and worked daily to dry out the areas. In addition they worked directly with our insurance on the water damage mitigation coverage without issue. If you have a problem - these guys are PROS!

These guys helped us to find a good roofer and fix all the damage to the inside of the house. They told us that the damage may not be covered by insurance and they waited to start the work (which was extensive) till I found out for sure if I was covered. They were right....... I was not covered by my insurance. They worked with me to get the work done since it was all out of my pocket. I thought it showed a lot of integrity that they anticipated what was going to happen and didn't rush in. What a great group of guys. Thanks a million!!!

We had a slab lead and had Gold Coast come in on the recommendation of our plumber. They did a decent job. Our only complaint was they had to put holes in the drywall under the cabinets to dry the area out. It seemed like they did more damage than was necessary - but I guess their main goal is to make sure mold doesn't grow, so they did their job.
