.

So, I have a little place in my heart for Filipino food, as well as your average bagel and cream cheese. This place, I'd say is not at all average, but more.

I recently discovered this place with my mom, and for breakfast, we decided to try their cooking. It passed my test, only because it reminded me of my mom's cooking, as well as the 'almusal' (breakfast in tagalog) cooked in the Philippines.

The breakfast portion was perfectly sized. I ordered the corned beef with with scrambled egg whites and with that order came hash browns and toast (or a bagel, if you prefer- they aren't allowed to serve rice because it's a pastry shop... but it was still a-okay!). My mom had ordered the longanisa with over-hard eggs- she enjoyed it as well!

Their desserts/cakes are just as delicious... I highly recommend the pandan cake or the sans rival!! They're both to die for!!

I know that there is also one on the cross streets of Chatsworth and White Oak in Granada Hills... unless this is the one, and I just don't
