I thought I'd take the little ones to make their own shirts one afternoon. Though the kids had a good enough time, I ended up out close to $100 for two short sleeved cotton Ts. The place is too tiny to move and customer service isn't great - at best you may get some affable hipster, but at worst, there are a few in there who have no idea how to talk to or cater to, children. You can buy kits and do the same work at home for less cash and more fun.

Cons: expensive and claustrophobic

I mistakenly entrusted this place with an order for twenty tees with my company logo. First, the prices ? twenty white tees with a single color ink print (a 2 X 3 inch crest on the heart) came to came to 467.00. You read right - almost 500 bucks for 20 shirts. Nice. Then, five days after the order was taken, four days after a mock up was promised, one day from the DELIVERY DATE, and five days from Dec. 25th, I have to call to find out what?s up. The owner Jonathan tells me that his employee was wrong. The artwork I gave him won?t work. The tees are going to look horrible. He doesn?t know what happened to, or care about the mock-up, but hey ?don?t cancel the order? as he wants to keep our money. How will he make it right? He?s too "busy" to answer. Needless to say I went in and demanded a refund of my deposit. There was a moment where he seemed to think about refusing, saying almost as much but quickly thinking better of it. He did however become angry and profane in front of the families making shirts in his establishment. I really can't emphasize enough, how unpleasant and unprofessional this Jonathan (the owner) behaved, and I have to assume that he?s incapable of handling larger orders given his ?stress? level ? he?s been known to actually send customers away because ?he?s busy? ? which, gauging from the staff?s relaxed way of conducting business, and number the of people in his establishment, is far from accurate. My advice, find an alternative.
