I have been a customer for many years and I would not go anywhere else to purchase my golf equipment. All the staff is knowledgeable and they are certified by Ping and Titleist for club fitting. One of the perks of buying and being fitted for my clubs is they always demonstrate concern that my clubs continue to fit me years later and have done followup fittings as a courtesy to me. They don't have high pressure sales tactics and I really appreciate that. My friends at the club feel the same way I do.

This is by far the worst golf store ever! I went to buy some golf clubs and looked around for a minute or two when I was approached by a sales woman who asked me if I needed help, but in a very demeaning way, as she probably assumed I didn't "look" like a golfer and was there wasting time. I asked to see some golf club sets. I was quickly shown the cheapest and used sets... when I asked to see a nicer line.. like Nike, Ping, or Callaway.. she had this look of amazement that I even knew those brands. Either way, I was there to buy golf clubs. I bought some a set which I liked but the whole time the service, quality, and condensing attitude of this lady was HORRIBLE! I can see why now this place is so empty. I went to try to golf set at Birdies and realized that they didn't feel good.. I actually didn't like the feel.. and ONLY used the 9 iron. When I went back to exchange them when the same lady said since they were now USED I could only get used price back!!! I was shocked. I did not argue and decided to keep the club.. but vowed to NEVER do business here again.. and should have gone to SPORTS CHALET! I gave the set to my grandson and appreciate the better service I got at another store who let me try the clubs without being breathed on or discriminated! DO NOT SHOP AT THIS STORE!

Owner I was the person that waited on the customer both times. The customer returned to the store at least one week after his purchase and it was obvious that he had used almost all the clubs in the set. He had asked for a full refund, not an exchange. We would have been happy to exchange the clubs but he said he had gotten laid off from his job and needed the money. If, on his initial visit, he was unhappy with the service, he certainly gave no indication of that. Also, he ended up purchasing the least expensive beginner set in the store retailing for $139.99. He told me he was a beginner and didn't want to spend much money. We respect our customers and do not try to upsell them. We have been established in this community for 12 years and pride ourselves in customer service. We hope that if you have read the above comment that you will come to the store and see for yourself.
