I will never shop at your store again after a recent experience at your Grand Junction, CO store I would advise everyone to boycott your company. I went to return a few items that I purchased only a week earlier for my sister on my pacsun credit card. The items did not fit her. She came with me and looked around but did not see anything she wanted to exchange the items for so I went to the register with my receipt. my credit card, and the items to return them. The associate tells me he can not put the money back on my card that he has to issue me store credit . I tell him I will talk to the corporate office or better yet go visit with my friend the previous manager at his new store to discuss if this is the policy. He tells me it is a new policy you have implemented recently after I say I will discuss it with the previous manager. He then tells me he will try it and whoolah it works. I knew it would I have been in retail for eight years he was not fooling anyone. He did not want to take the hit on his sales for the day. But you might want to inform your associates that is fraud and you are lucky I did not take the merchandise credit and turn around and sue your company. Your policy printed on the back of the receipt says 60days with receipt credit will be issued how customer pays. One credit card down and sliced into pieces. I intend to make sure everyone knows about my experience. I have never received such poor customer service. Your associates are also very clickish and do not make your customers feel welcome.
