This place was great! I went with a group of friends, and all of the food was authentic Lebanese/Middle Eastern, and fresh... They have live music and an outdoor patio, great for either a date or large groups. The owner made sure we had a good time, and I will definitely be returning when I'm on that side of town!

I went there with a group of friends and everything was amazing. We started with the house made hummus and pita bread which was probably the best combination of hummus's that I've had in awhile. Then we all shared the crispy goat cheese salad and if you love cheese, then you'll love the crispy goat cheese (so amazing)! Then I got the roasted eggplant soup which had a falafel in the middle (which was spicy...YUM). I had never had eggplant soup and I think that this was one of my most favorite dishes of the night. Then we all shared the fire-roasted vegetables which were very flavorful. For my entree, I ordered the chicken & beef kebab plate. I'm not a huge "meat" person and both were cooked perfectly and the side pita was a great combination. And for desert, we all shared the warm chocolate lava cake which was so creamy and full of amazing-ness! Overall, this place was great and I would highly recommend it for a group dinner or for a romantic date. The ambiance was perfect...great decor, live jazz music playing in the background and a fun crowd. Thanks for a great night Desert Rose :)

This restaurant was AMAZING! The food was sensational and the service was outstanding. Love the great selection of beer on tap and the setting was so relaxing and fun!!! The hummus was some of the best I've had. Can't wait to go back!!!

I went last night to Desert Rose and it was fabulous. The service was great and the food was even better. We had everything from the hummus to the kabobs and everything was delicious. The vegan spicy eggplant soup was probably my favorite. In addition to great food, they have a full bar and a impressive beer/wine list. I would definitely return.

A great place for a date

Peaceful & candle light area with the sound of flowing water, GREAT place for a date. Server was fun and really gave my date and I a wonderful experience.

My boyfriend and I went here for lunch, my boyfriend has his 5 favorite places he likes to eat, so to get him try and like some place new is tough. Desert Rose made the cut, he ordered a steak that had cracked pepper corn, now there is room for error with something like that...too much pepper seasoning, well this was perfect. I ordered the friend goat cheese salad, this too was really good. We will go back for sure when we are in the Loz Feliz area.
