I read the one other review and this was not my experience at all. The first time I was sent to Los Gatos MRI several years ago everything went like clockwork. More recently, I suffered a shoulder injury that needs an MRI. My doctor

I read the one other review and this was not my experience at all. The first time I was sent to Los Gatos MRI several years ago everything went like clockwork. More recently, I suffered a shoulder injury that needs an MRI. My doctor

I made an appointment with MRI of Los Gatos and was asked to fax my referral and insurance information. I tried to fax the info. to them for three days from two different fax machines. Each time a received a response of Number Busy. I then went into the office and dropped off the information.

At about 4PM the day before my scheduled MRI they called to canceled because they didn't have enough time to get additional information from my dr and insurance company. No apologies were given for their fax machine problem or the fact that I now need to rearrange my schedule to get in.

The receptionist was rude and did not give me the same answers as she did my dr's office. (I had them call when I got no where with them!) I was told that the person I would have to talk with had gone home for the day. When the dr's office called , less than 5 minutes later, they were told that their info. had been received.

I would try another MRI center!
