Avoid. They lied about and attempted to hide damage to a sofa they sold, and refused a return when confronted. Full story:

The sofa set on display was incomplete, but I was told I could pick up the entire set in a few days.

They still pushed for immediate payment in full. Should have realized right there that fair businesses don't ask for advance payment in full.

But I accepted after asking them to promise the entire set was in perfect condition, and that they'd let me back out if I found that it wasn't, despite that they don't normally allow returns. They gave me their word on those two promises, but their word turned out to be worthless.

When I arrived to pick up the set to my surprise they had wrapped it all up. That's handy for transportation but it prevented me from inspecting the goods at that time. When asked to sign off that it was "received in good condition" I pointed out that that I couldn't really inspect it until after transporting it home and unwrapping but I said I assumed I could have their word it was all in perfect condition. They said yes and I signed.

At home I immediately saw that one unit was badly sun bleached in an uneven, unflattering way. I called and now they lie and claim they had told me that there was sun damage.

I bring the goods back to the store and explain I want to invoke our agreement that I could back out if I found it was not in perfect condition.

They ask me "do you have that in writing?"

They proceed to threaten to call the police for my "dumping items that are not theirs in their store"!

After I explain I'll take them to small claims court and make them pay not only a refund but also my back-and-forth transportation costs (a couple of hundred dollars) they do a refund minus a restocking fee.

I am hoping I can get the restocking fee canceled through my credit card company. My transportation costs will be a loss; it's not worth the hassle to take them to court for that alone.

Cons: Faudulent used-car-salesman tactics

I bought a dining table and six chairs from Interior Resources and I love them! There was a little difficulty in getting the chairs in from Italy, although the table arrived very quickly. The leather on the chairs had been damaged in shipping and the store had to send them back to the manufacturer.

That said, I was pleased that the store worked to make the experience as hassle-free for me as possible, and let me know as soon as my new chairs arrived. The storeowner also delivered them personally at a time that worked for me, so I didn't have to take off work.

While I was waiting (about two months), Interior Resources gave me four loaner chairs so I could use the table. I ended up liking the loaner style chairs so much that I kept two of them in lieu of two of the six original chairs I had ordered.

In short, my table looks fabulous and I feel like both the price and service were excellent. I would definitely shop here again!

Its an awesome place for contemporary and modern designer furniture. I did my entire place there using the Interior designer services. I researched all over the city for pieces I wanted and I kept coming back here because they had what other like businesses in the area did not. Style, uniqueness and great service.
I did not want some cheap knock offs or discount look alikes that fall apart in 3 months. I did pay a good price, but I do not regret it for a second, I saved money by not buy garbage or low quality . I give this place 5 stars for everything they did for me
