When I first approaced the store; Dan was out talking to a customer that was just leaving. He had a smile on his face and said hello can I help you. From that moment on Dan have answered every question and concerns that I had in regards to purchasing a car. I have told all my friends what a great experience that I had in Vallejo and what great service Dan Wroten provided. When I asked him how many years he has been doing this; he replied 32 plus I was not surprised by someone like him being in the business that long; he is great at what he does.

I came to the Vallejo Team Superstore after searching Northern California dealerships for a 2012 red allure Hyundai Elantra. I originally worked with another dealership.
They took my deposit and said the car would be in any time. However, after two weeks and no communication, I decided to look to other dealers. My car had broken down and I was going without a car...I needed a new car. I had seen the Elantra months before and had fallen in love with it. I really loved the red color and, since I don't buy cars every day, I think I should get what I really wanted.

As soon as I contacted Kari Jones at the Vallejo location, things changed. She was very friendly and I felt she really valued me as a customer. When I got to the dealership, the whole atmosphere was friendly and welcoming. They even had a sign on the car that said ""Hold for Teri."" I almost cried. As a woman who has not bought a car in over 10 years, I was a little nervous and intimidated. My previous experience with car dealerships always left me feeling like I had been taken advantage of. That didn't happen here.

Kari and her manager worked with me to ensure that I had a great car and a deal I could live with. They took the fear out of it and it actually turned into a very joyful experience. The finance department and service department were also helpful. Leslie Musante was very good at communicating with me and setting up my service appointment. She also had great advice to share.

I would (and have already) recommend this dealership. Kari Jones, in particular, was wonderful to work with. I felt that I made a friend...it wasn't as if someone was just trying to sell a car for the highest price. I felt she was honest and caring. I wish everyone had an opportunity to work with someone like Kari.

I was very pleased with the service I received.

The closest dealership to my house was the former Richmond/Hilltop dealership. However, since they have closed I tried the Concord dealership but was not pleased with their Service.

I was doubting servicing my car in Vallejo because of the added bridge toll cost but I was glad I did.

I was given excellent customer care from Technicians, Dane and Justin! They took the time to go on a test drive with me and together they were both able to figure out the problem with my Tahoe.

I wanted to tell you of our recent experience at Team Chevrolet. We originally brought our HHR in for servicing and ended up buying a new Hyundai. Our first contact was with Mauricio Zanipatin. He is a personable and very knowledgeable young man. My husband wanted me to look at the Chevy Cruz, but when I sat in it I knew it was not for me.

Mauricio suggested the Sonata and was able to give us complete details about this vehicle. We were not able to test drive it that day, so when we returned we spoke with Kaga Fashanu. He was a walking encyclopedia about the Sonata and a joy to work with. In his very warm and friendly way he gave us all the information we needed to make our decision and we ended up driving the car off the lot that day.

Past experiences with car shopping have not been very positive. I went in very guarded, but found everyone helpful, low key and very much wanting us to be 100% satisfied with our decision and purchase. And we are! The Sonata is a great car and if it hadn't been for your fabulous sales team, I never would have even known about it.

They are all very courteous and thorough in explaining the services being done/provided with people such as myself who have little to no knowledge of cars and a bit of off the topic conversation goes along well to get the day started off.

Don't plan on an up and go kind of wait. If you do plan on waiting for your car expect a fair amount of wait or the next best choice is the shuttle that will take you to your destination. I believe they offer this at most dealerships anyway.

I have been taking my Saturn's to your place instead of the dealership in Fairfield, Saturn was good but your people are better. Just had some work done on my 2007 Outlook, worked with Leo, be sure and let Leo know I was very happy with the way I was treated, if Leo treats everybody, I'm sure he does, the way I was treated you have yourself an excellent employee. I couldn't be that friendly, customers can be such jerks sometimes, it has to be hard at times to keep a ""happy face"".

At first I was afraid that your mechanics wouldn't be as experience on Saturn's but last year I found out different. I forget the mechanics name but he found a problem I was having on my Outlook that everybody else said ""These Saturn's are noted for this"", how many times have you heard that.

I have bought parts from this dealership for my used 1995 Mazda Miata that still runs great and have had questions answered over the phone regarding repairs that I was doing at home. I have been to many dealerships and I would have to say that the staff at this dealership are outstanding and very helpful. This is what makes a good business thrive, its honesty, integrity and good customer service. If I am ever in the market to purchase a new Mazda or Hyndia, I am going to this particular dealership.

I didn't buy my mazda here, instead I bought it a dealer closer to where I live. But I always return here to service my mazda because for one they are open on SAT. but foremost, they have impeccable customer service in their service dept. I would consider buying my next mazda here because of that.

I have gotten my oil changed from this place twice already. I have been satisfied with the service here both times. The service department people did not pressure me into getting anything else, which I appreciate. They also give you a complimentary car wash afterwards.

What happens with you drive to a remote dealership to buy a car with your four year old daughter? Well when I went to Team Hyundai in Vallejo it was a great experience. My wife did not come, as she was recovering from a knee injury.

I had spoken with them on the phone several times to confirm they had the exact vehicle in stock (Hyundai Santa Fe, SE with AWD), with the right interior color and it was ready to go. We agreed on a price via phone (a great deal I might say!) and made an appointment to come buy it. When I arrived the Santa Fe was right out in front waiting for me. A very through inspection on both the interior and exterior and a test drive and we were happy with the vehicle.

Now I did work with several people at Team Hyundai of Vallejo, but never once did I feel like I was being passed from one salesman to another. I hate to say it, but they really do work as a team. No one tried to up sell me, no one tried the ""let me ask my manager"", there were no hidden fees or broken promises and none of my time was wasted.

The dealership itself was a great place to visit. It is a large new building with double high spaces and large windows. You may wonder why I am commenting on the building, but after some of the other dark, crowded, understaffed and incomplete (signs on the floor, no brochures) dealerships it visited, it was nice to walk into a dealership and have a well lit, air conditioned space to look a display cars and buy my car. Now other parents of young will understand the next comment; they also have really really nice restrooms. When nature calls and your daughter does not like the restroom, well you then have a problem. Not at Team Hyundai of Vallejo, a new building makes for clean and happy bathrooms for your daughter.

They have a lovely play area for children, where Amelia had a great time playing and walking around. The members of Team Hyundai of Vallejo were very nice to my daughter and when we left they had given her so many balloons we had to put down the third row seats to get them all in.

So if you are going to buy a Hyundai or a Mazda (I also have a 2003 Mazda 6s) this is a great place to buy one. Tell them Amelia sent you!

i drive a 2006 G.M.C. Sierra and my check engine light came on, i went to Team Superstores to have it looked at and was helped immediatley. My service person told be it would cost $ 179.00 to diagnoss the problem but the cost would be credited towards the repair so i said ok and needed to wait, he explained to me that it would take about two hours, after about 30 minutes i was told it was just a loose gas cap and they cleared my codes in the computer and then they washed my vehicle. i went to the cashiers office to pay the bill and to my suprise there were no charges. excellent service i will go back.

Details of the transactions were arranged over the Internet before I ever went to the dealership. Their dealings with me were straightforward and professional. At least for this type of transaction, I would recommend them.

Yes, auto repair services can be a deal breaker at a dealership but with the friendly service folks and services that they provide along with an occasional discount/deal if you can talk your way through it well then of course I will make my way back here whenever time and funds will allow.

They are all very courteous and thorough in explaining the services being done/provided with people such as myself who have little to no knowledge of cars and a bit of off the topic conversation goes along well to get the day started off.

Don't plan on an up and go kind of wait. If you do plan on waiting for your car expect a fair amount of wait or the next best choice is the shuttle that will take you to your destination. I believe they offer this at most dealerships anyway.

To sum it up, deal breaker when it comes to services but I will take the friendly customer service any day to get the job done.
