Goldenwest Moving Co. is incredible! Their customer service and experience created one of the best moves I've ever been a part of.
They were on time, detail-oriented and very friendly.
As for Keith K's review, sounds like he should have done his move himself due to the "know-it-all" attitude he reflected.
You get back what you put out, Keith!
Goldenwest: Please keep doing the remarkable job that you do and don't let any poor reviews do anything to change that.

I used Golden west over several years and, most recently, had them move my office from Orange County to LA County. I had originally questioned their estimate because they required 5 guys to move a 1400 square foot office - and one of those offices was virtually empty. I finally gave in, thinking it would save time on the move and make up for the increase in rate. I was wrong. They showed up with their 5 guys and with a very large truck that did not require much thinking to pack - it was large enough to slide everything in without stacking. They also showed up without tools, as both of their electric drills failed. The foreman told me that he had brought this fact to the owners attention, a guy named Peter. It turned out to be a big problem, as they burned through at least 45 minutes extra on both ends of the move because they had to do everything with hand tools - that belonged to me! Add to that the fact that the fifth guy was standing around much of the time, talking to the other 4, which slowed them down. So they overshot their estimate by a lot, and when it came time to ask for some help due to the lost time. Peter had only one thing to say. "Sorry." And you will be too if you use these people to move your stuff.

This is the best moving company you'll every find! They don't need to advertise because their customers do that for them. They really take care of your stuff, they wrap everything and they even cover your floor and carpet! The best!!!
