I walked in for quick manicure. I did not have appointment and waited for about 10 minutes. They have variety of OPI nail polish to choose from. The manicure was fast and looked ok. If you need just a quick fix than it??s a good place to go. I saw how salon workers did pedicure ?? not trustworthy.

Pros: Fast

.

I went to this place for a pedicure because it was close to work and had convenient hours. I take good care of my feet and toenails, so going in I did not expect any problems. It should have been an easy job, but it turned into one of the most unpleasant experiences I've had in a long time.

The girl doing my pedicure was pleasant but completely incompetent. She barely touched the cuticles and I actually had to ask her twice to trim my toe nails!!!? It looked like she could barely speak English, which isn't a problem in itself, but I just could not communicate to her the simplest request. When I asked her to trim a patch of dry skin on my little toe she rubbed it with such force that a piece of skin came off. I was very annoyed at that point because the last thing you want is an infection from a nail salon. I immediately asked her to put some antiseptic on the cut and she ignored me the first time. The second time she brought out some weird green substance. I asked the salon manager for rubbing alcohol and he didn't seem to understand what I needed and why. Finally I just asked for a bandaid, and between the manager and the girl who did my nails it took several attempts to get the bandaid to stay on. (they tried to put on the little round patch bandaid that obviously isn't meant for toes or fingers).

As for the pedicure itself, the girl did a mediocre job. Basically all I got (besides the cut that still hurts) is a change of nail color. My cuticles and skin looked exactly like they did when I came in. I ended up trimming my nails and scrubbing my heels at home. They charge $23 for pedicures and for this kind of money you could get a better pedicure just about anywhere.

Pros: Convenient location and hours

Cons: Lousy service, incompetent staff, high prices, narrow color selection
